From the start.....
We had our kitchen measured on 28th November knowing its going to be a challenge as our house doesn't have dtrsight walls or ceilings...we call it quirky. James however worked with us to get the design we wanted and we are so looking forward to putting it all together. The design and material are absolutely amazing. We are so grateful to be working with James on this crazy project. We are really chuffed with what he came up with on the design and how it will all fit together.

What can i say! Absolutely brilliant. Jaqui and sion at wickes caerphilly gave us impeccable customer service and was so helpful on helping us set up a trades account, to which we are really thankful to jaqui for informing us about, as that contributed to great savings. Perfect for those in business! We were impressed on the punctuality of delivery and how confident, competent and professional the staff were in helping us. It was one of the best in store services we have received. They honestly couldnt do enough, and were so lovely. Like an absolute breath of fresh air! Thankyou to you both so much. The service has given us so much confidence with customer stock and supply that it diminishes any worry, and considering the busy time of year. The staff at wickes know how to run a show! Well done all! See you next time

Turned up on Sunday and found the store people so helpful and friendly, first visit to this store but will not be the last.
Parted with £5 cash for charity but the efforts of Jacqui, Meg & Sian it should have been worth a lot more.

Dale Tyler- Ordered a kitchen very easily with great advice. Ian Baker was our design consultant and he couldn't do enough for us. Kitchen arrived on set day it was arranged for with great delivery service. We wanted to add more cupboards to our kitchen and Ian was on the other end of the phone getting it all sorted for us with no mistakes. Can't thank him enough for the amazing service he provided. Popped in to pick up some insulation board to be used for a school project, turns out my car isn't as big as I thought it was! Anyway, Selena who had served us went out of her way to help and we managed to cut it down in the middle of the car park! Definitely recommend, products great and customer experience even better 👍🏼

Really please with our experience today and the price was fantastic too. James the designer was really helpful with the planning and design and also helped bounce ideas with us . James was also very helpful in trying to get our order to us at the earliest date

We thought you could use Clearpay in store but turns out this was online only. Rachel had lots of patience with us, put the order through on my phone for me so we could compete the order. What a woman, total asset to the store. Thank you so much for helping us (I’d only saw a TikTok less than an hour before on how to build a stud wall & had somehow managed to talk my husband into it! So you saved us a lot of stress & still got me my wall!😆) Thank you Rachel!

I visited the store today. The service from Jacqui, in particular and the other staff was first class. I would definitely recommend them for any advice or help with DIY matters.

Fantastic customer service - looking for paint and a member of staff named Morgan went above and beyond to help - even going out the back to look for a tin of paint that was just delivered.

Visited yesterday to buy flooring and the service we received was brilliant. Morgan was lovely and helped to put it in the car, and Jaqui was also amazing, with helping to deal with a cancellation of an order and to put the flooring on the trolley and also which underlay to buy, there were also 2 other members of staff which were friendly and helpful. But unfortunately we didn’t catch their names. Well done Wickes!

Selena on the tills was very helpful and very informative on the product that I needed very cheerful and friendly.

Angela was so helpful during our home visit and in store while designing our bathroom. Everything was explained clearly and thoughtful consideration was given to the additional needs of my disability.
