Hassan was very helpful in designing my bathroom, which was made my experience even better by being sent a fabulous installer by the name if Ashley who made sure everything was perfect. Am very happy ☺️ !!

I have used Wickes in the past from a fitted kitchen to the new bathroom upstairs.
I have a small cloakroom so went to Wickes I was booked in for November 25th 2024. The fitter came did a survey I explained I needed it done at the end of November due to annual leave.
Two weeks before the fitter was to start I get a text saying he can't do the job basically he took on another job mostly with more money.
So I called customer service relations I explained this is unacceptable being told two weeks before it'd not happening.
They said they will try to find another fitter, I also spoke to the salesperson who did the design.
That same day they found me another fitter. I met vik that same week he gave me his price but demanded the money upfront I really didn't want to buy I had no choice.
Now on the day it was his brother in law that was going to be doing the work as vik had 3 other jobs on the go.
Now the young lad was ok but he didn't do a full day turned up at 9.30 left at 3 to pick his kid up.
The first week I had an issue with the passage way flooring which wasted 4 days getting it sorted.
He started to take the Mick each day I was lucky if he turned up at 9.30 . I was getting fed up of his excuse of oh can't stay long got the council coming to fix my boiler. Other times it's I can only stay an hour this was by now in my 3rd week. His girlfriend didn't work which annoyed me when he had to keep going off to sort his personal things out. I kept saying I wanted it finished by Christmas. The week before Christmas on the Wednesday he didn't show vik came to do some pipework eventually he got hold of his brother in law. I was told he had quit I found this disrespectful he hadn't contacted me. I spoke to customer relations they were useless I told them how the job was started in November it still wasn't finished, just to point out I was having the walls, floor tiled a new toilet, vanity unit plus heated towel rail fitted . Nothing fancy so I told them can they find me a tiler I wanted to put in a complaint,I've spoken to that many people on the customer relations all as useless as each other.
So I'm still waiting for it to be complete it's stressing me out ,the sink isn't fitted to the wall yet , the wall tiles need grouting. Plus I've a small porch they will be tilling that it's nearly two months since this began I wouldn't recommend vik or Wickes to anyone he's taken my money. Vik comes does a little work then goes he turns up at 9.45 leaves at 1. The other fitters I have had in the past have been brilliant they all did a full day's work this guy vik doesn't know the meaning

After receiving a very bad experience from the B&Q in derby, I went to Wickes and I was not disappointed at all! I met a member of staff called Kam at the London Rd branch who was absolutely amazing in terms of her customer service and how she helped me identify the paint I needed. She spent a good amount of time answering all my questions and even showing me what each shade of paint would actually look like. By far the best customer service I've ever received. If you ever go there ask for Kam and she'll help you till your completely satisfied.

We researched our new kitchen for some time and narrowed down to B&Q or Wickes. We preferred the quality of the Wickes kitchen but what really made the decision was the professionalism of Dmitri the Wickes designer. B&Q have an online design suit accessible by customer and designer but it’s slow and glitchy and the B&Q designer struggled to use it. Also when we asked about different surfaces etc Dmitri showed us the choices whereas the B&Q designer told us which aisle they were in.

Install was arranged promptly within 8 weeks and Lucid were assigned the install phase. Dominic and Olly were again very professional and adapted to small changes in the design.

Overall we are very happy with Wickes (Dmitri) and Lucid and would not hesitate to recommend.

Our kitchen project with Wickes started with lots of online research and browsing around showrooms. We were happy with the quality and choice offered so booked a design consultation at home. Our consultant, Dimitri was very helpful and friendly. He listened to our ideas and offered suggestions. We were impressed that he wasn't hard- sell and didn't advise most expensive options but made recommendations according to our needs. Next, we were invited into the showroom to see our 3d design. This was a great opportunity to look at worktops, appliances etc ans get a sense of how everything worked together. Dimitri gave us plenty of time to ensure that everything was as we wanted it to be. He chose an installer, Simon James, who was excellent and led a big team which could cope with our complex project. Simon measured our kitchen again and made some very useful suggestions. Dimitri was happy to make a few changes to meet our needs. Simon and his team did an excellent job of installing our kitchen. Everyone seemed very keen to do the best job possible and very skilled at achieving that goal. A special mention to Cory who, at 18, is an absolute credit to the company. Thanks so much to Dimitri, Simon and all the team for creating a kitchen with which we are delighted.

Ordered a complete new kitchen renovation in July 2024 and had it fitted this November. The design service was excellent (Steve Smith), the product quality excellent (with advantageous promotional offers) and the fitter (Gary) was exceptional and did a first class job.
Inevitable missing delivered parts in a "jigsaw" of 2 to 3 hundred was dealt with in a timely manner.
I have given 5 stars as it warrents this - the only fly in the ointment was when checking on the delivery date for the integrated freezer, Customer Services told me it was out of stock and not available until January - even though I signed the order in July!! Nevertheless, Steve's colleague Dimitri sorted me a replacement within 2 hours of speaking with him - well done the Derby design team.
I would fully recommend and endorse Wickes Kitchens.

Recently bought a custom designed fitted kitchen from wickes Derby , design consultant was Dmitri Mamajev , a really helpful guy . Dmitri explored many options with us and was extremely patient . We are very pleased with the final installed result and we think this was largely due to Dmitri’s expertise. We had also looked at various options from other suppliers and conclude that for us Wickes have supplied a very satisfactory result at a competitive price - we would definitely recommend .

The worse customer service ever, store manager do not call back. Wrong shower pump recommended caused water to come through brand new kitchen ceiling, just avoid.

As first time buyers and nervous to buy our first kitchen with absolutely no clue how anything worked, my partner and I decided to go to Wickes for a bespoke kitchen. We booked an appointment quickly and in the next couple of week met with Steve who designed our kitchen for us. From the beginning, Steve was attentive and listened to all of our suggestions, and most importantly put us at ease and made us feel comfortable. Steve ensured every need was catered to, including meeting with us a month later (not arranged but Steve met with us anyway) which meant we were able to add a Belfast sink to our order.
We could truly tell that Steve cared about our experience and wanted the best kitchen for us, which meant that we left the store that day feeling incredibly happy with our nerves settled. Steve left a lasting impression that we will not forget when we want our next kitchen design!

Im new to the area of Derby and my husband and I decided to use Wickes instead of the usual diy stores we used, maybe it was nearer or better.
What a disappointment, the girl young girl on the till was not customer friendly at all. We had queried a price as it was advertised cheaper than we were been charged. Her reply was I know its cheaper out there, its in the wrong place. Our thoughts were, well why on earth have you not moved it. Anyway a supervisor was called who honoured the price. But the young girl remained rude and no politeness at all, not even a thank you. So would I go back, no back to my usual diy shops.

We went looking for a kitchen ,not having a clue what would look great and not out of our price range,wickes prices were great ,compared to others,from meeting Hassan who came and designed and offered valuable advise ,we couldn't fault from start to finish the service we received, George the fitter was good at his job,everything fell in place ,would recommend Wickes for affordability and quality ,thank you 👏

So Hassan Setayash was our bathroom consultant at wickes. He was professional and courteous and helpful when discussing ideas if there was something you don't like or overkeen on.
The installation team was run by Andy and his team. They were again professional and friendly. We had a couple of things that we hadn't accounted for but Andy, Shaun, Ash and Jack were more than happy to listen and accommodate wherever possible.
We are very pleased with the finished result and will go to wickes when we need our kitchen doing (next job on our list).

Steve from Wickes Derby, has helped us create our kitchen and met the needs of what we wanted. We were super impressed with his ideas and are looking forward to getting the kitchen fitted.

After a very successful kitchen ‘design and fitting’ service two years ago we came back to Hassan in Derby to design our bathroom and requested Darren and his team to do the work again for us. We have been very pleased with our service from start to finish and how both rooms look.
The only area that needed resolving was the tile pattern in the bathroom which was rectified. My advice is to show a picture before hand or talk directly with the tiler rather than through the main builder you’re dealing with.

We have recommended Wickes to family and unfortunately they didn’t have the same 5 star service to us. But this was a different designer and build team.

We had our kitchen designed by the Derby Wickes store, after some modifications after the kitchen fitter visited we were really happy with the plans.
The kitchen fitter we had was Sean and his team, they were amazing, they worked so hard and we are extremely happy with our new kitchen.
