Great service from katlin and Ashely.I was the last customer of the night .This didnt make any difference both girls went out there way to assist me with my purchase .

Spent a couple of hours with Terri in the Glagow branch today designing our kitchen. What a great experience. Loads of great suggestions around layout, cabinets and accessories. We didn't feel rushed at all which is a nice change. Nothing was too much bother for her.

Just had my kitchen fitted. Visited the Glasgow store. Martin was my designer/planner. He was excellent in his ideas and service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble.
I would not hesitate to recommend Martin and Wickes Glasgow. 5 star.

Daryn at Wicks was absolutely brilliant! He listen to what I wanted and what I could afford and designed the perfect kitchen for me, I can’t thank him enough, highly recommend Wicks and hopefully you will be luck enough to have Daryn as your designer, I’m such a happy customer

Placed a click and collect order and the wrong item was picked. Despite this Morag was very helpful in locating the correct item (last one in stock and not on shelf). She was friendly, helpful and upbeat - great customer service.

We recently purchased a kitchen from the Wickes Glasgow store and are thrilled with the outcome. Kenny Mccarlie provided exceptional service, going well beyond expectations to ensure a seamless experience—including answering queries on a Sunday. We love the new kitchen and highly recommend them.

We purchased several boxes of tiles last night for our daughter and partners bathroom. The service received from Morag was exemplary we 100% recommend wicks glasgow

⚠️ Very disappointed with my experience.
My panels were delivered today and, out of the 12 panels ordered, 8 arrived damaged. Some were damaged at the top, while others had damage around the edges. I have photos showing the condition they arrived in.
The panels were not even properly protected or wrapped in polythene, which is disappointing considering they are being delivered as a finished product. I have also found that they are not tongue-and-groove for joining, which was not what I expected.
I have already paid for a joiner to install the panels, so this has now caused unnecessary inconvenience and delays. I am hoping the company resolves this quickly, but based on the condition in which the panels arrived, I would advise anyone considering ordering to be very cautious and check the reviews carefully.

I can’t speak highly enough of Kenny and his team at Wickes. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail have been outstanding from start to finish.

We replaced our entire kitchen a year ago, and the whole process couldn’t have gone more smoothly. This year, my wife and I decided to extend the kitchen into our pantry and utility room, and Kenny was more than happy to guide us through everything we needed. His knowledge, patience, and support made the experience completely stress-free.

Delivery has always been on time or even early and on the one occasion a door arrived in the wrong colour, the team resolved the issue immediately, with the replacement delivered within days.

Exceptional customer service is hard to find, but Kenny and his team consistently go above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a new kitchen. Thank you all so much!

Kenny from the design team based in London Road, Glasgow has been fantastic. Any queries and the numerous changes I have made during the kitchen design, has been no problem to Kenny. As soon as I have contacted Kenny he has responded very quickly. I can only thank Kenny for his honest guidance, kindness and patience. I am now very much looking forward to getting my new kitchen fitted.

The last 2 orders i have place, delivery just shocking.

I am still waiting on part of my order since 02/07/26.

Customer services is just a joke. Online chat is just a joke.

Our sales advisor Emma was excellent in helping us design our new kitchen . She talked us through our options and the install procedure . Her images of the final design showed us what we were aiming to achieve . The whole process from start to finish was very efficient . I would not hesitate to recommend Emma and Wickes .

Had been to 3 other companies looking for best deal on new kitchen booked appointment with Emma after telling her what we where after she put it all together and had a price straight away no nonsense sales pitch like my previous experiences elsewhere

Terri at Wickes Glasgow was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and was incredibly friendly and patient throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Her knowledge and helpful attitude made choosing everything so much easier. I was really impressed with the service I received, and if I need anything else in the future, I would definitely go back to Terri. Highly recommended!

Wow what a stress free way to plan a new kitchen, kenny our planner was on the ball,very patient and really knew his stuff, such great selection and fits many budgets, would definitely recommend kenny and wickes for your new kitchen.

I can’t recommend Kenny at Wickes Glasgow highly enough. What really stood out was that he did the full initial consultation, measurements review and design work over the phone and email before I even visited the store. Through this he was able to generate an exact mock up of my current bathroom.

He listened to my ideas, worked through product options and sent a clear quote so I could review everything. When I finally went into the branch, everything was already prepared, and he was very helpful when i asked to change colours and tweak products, once updated, we finalised the details and booked the work.

He was knowledgeable, patient, always quick to reply, and made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. The design fits my space and budget perfectly, and the booking was handled smoothly with no confusion.

Kenny is a real credit to Wickes — if you’re planning a bathroom renovation, ask for him!

Kenny was so pleasant and although we had other design appointments we were always drawn back to him and the kitchen at wicks.
