I had a great experience at Wickes Leamington Spa. Everything I needed was in stock, which made the visit really straightforward.

She went above and beyond to help with my project, offering helpful suggestions and taking the time to come back and share additional ideas and considerations while I was looking for items. Her advice was genuinely useful and made a real difference.

Overall, a really positive shopping experience with friendly, knowledgeable staff. I’d definitely recommend this store.

Katie Malkowska in Leamington was exceptional from the first home visit measure up appointment, all throughout the design process. She was so generous with her time and uses her experience to suggest excellent ideas. Katie really understood what we wanted and was really lovely to work with. We have decided not to proceed with the kitchen right now as we are doing other work in the house first, but would not hesitate to ask Katie for help in future. I would certainly recommend her to others.

We spoke with Katie about a kitchen and she was excellent. Really had the customer in mind and come up with some good designs, ideas and suggestions... I would recommend anybody who's in the market for a kitchen to go and speak with Katie. First class customer experience.

Having used Wickes Kitchens in the past we decided to speak with Katie at their Leamington branch - From the outset Katie was very attentive and listened to our plans - she made great suggestions we hadn’t though about also. Site visits were carried out speedily and before long we had purchased our 3rd Wickes kitchen - From ordering to installation everything went well. We installed our own and always felt we had support from Katie should we need to ask questions.

We had a fantastic experience with the Leamington Spa store of Wickes. We enquired about a shed for our school and asked for this to be donated FOC to help with storage. Diane and the team were super helpful in explaining we needed to complete an application for consideration. Diane followed up with her colleagues to help the application along and were pleased to take delivery in February. A team of parents laid a base and erected out new shed which will be used in the coming weeks. Thank you Wickes for supporting us!

My husband and I went into the Leamington spa branch for some garden bits. The young lady behind the counter( Millie) asked us what we were looking for and got another assistant (Lauren) who took us to what we needed and took us back to the tills. Another sales assistant (Aaron)served us. All staff were very helpful and polite and we left with all that we needed.

Sarah-Jayne Thorne was really helpful( and patient )in helping to plan our kitchen,with a lot of good idea's that we had not thought of.
James Parker who Wickes selected to install our kitchen was incredable, he was punctual, hard working and meticulous in everything he did.. He was very polite and friendly at all times.

Absolutely happy with my brand-new kitchen! Katie Malkowska designed the perfect kitchen that took into account all my requirements and was able to answer all my questions (I had many!)
Pete Bailey and his team were professional and quickly had everything installed and were able to solve some issues with my electrics too.

After being refused to exchange a gutter end stop that was missing a piece of rubber at the Banbury branch, I made a special trip back to the Leamington Spa store.
Trevor was extremely friendly and helpful and exchanged the faulty gutter end stop without any issues. He couldn’t understand why I had been refused elsewhere.

Went to Wickes Leamington. Lovely laid out store with everything we needed but what made it even better was the exceptional service from the Cashier Millie Titmus who was extremely helpful and noticed I worked for the NHS with my lanyard and asked if I had Blue Light Card so I could get the discount which I wasnt aware off. She was so helpful and polite and an asset to your business

Professional, good advice, good quality

Having just visited the Leamington Spa branch that’s local to me I thought I need to write a review. The store is really well stocked, clean, tidy and the staff are amazing. However they are being let down by Wickes head office. I have a trade account so why didn’t I know this store opened up 5 miles from my front door? There needs to be an awareness campaign for this store. The road it’s on is only a road the locals who live and work up tha road would go on. There is very little passing traffic hence this store being Wickes best kept secret. Get some flyers out, get some targeted socials sorted and get some customers through that door! I was there at 8am this morning and was the only customer!! It’s such a great store but it could be doing much better in terms of amount of sales if people just knew the place existed!

Excellent service from Diane and Paige this afternoon. I explained exactly my problem, and they explained exactly what I needed and navigated me through the store. Excellent service which would make me come back to Wickes Leamington. Thanks Ladies!
