Wickes - Northampton Riverside Reviews 

When it came to looking for a new kitchen I was incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with a first-rate kitchen designer, Cam Barton, at Wickes.
On top of a highly professional customer manner, he produced a fantastic design for a challenging room space.
In fact, in all of my 50 or so years, I have never received customer service and expertise anywhere near this level and wholeheartedly give both the designer and Wickes my highest recommendation!

With the kitchen fitting almost complete, not only does it look beautiful, I can honestly say it works perfectly from a practicality point of view.
The quality of the units is superb, significantly superior than competitors and I expect this kitchen will last for many years to come without looking dated.

Visited the new store today 10/01 was helped around by a member of staff called lottie who helped me get all I needed. Great customer service

Emilia was very helpful and understanding when I had to replace an item which I measured incorrectly. She went the extra mile and despite my mistake couldn't have been friendlier. Her manager Paul was also exceptional and they let me borrow a tape measure to make some cuts in the car park as I left mine at home by accident.

Staff very friendly and helpful. William was very helpful and kind in taking my coal to the car.

We used the instore service to plan refit for both our bathroom and ensuite and the whole process was simply and pain free thanks to Cam. Next step is using the installation service which we hope will be as pain free

I recently had a new bathroom designed and fitted by Wickes and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and smoothly.

A special mention has to go to the designer, Jamie, who was absolutely amazing. He really listened to what I wanted, offered great ideas, and came up with a design that exceeded my expectations. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.

The end result looks fantastic and I’m so pleased with my new bathroom. I would definitely recommend Wickes, and especially Jamie, to anyone considering a bathroom project.

Had a great experience at wickes! Emilia greeted me with a smile and helped me find exactlywhat i needed straightaway. Gerald on the till was friendly and made it all very easy for me. Clean and easy to get around and well stocked. Such a friendly team, Definitely coming back!

Jamie Matcham has been an absolute godsend. He came out to measure my bathroom and kitchen and designed everything perfectly. I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Despite recently moving to a new store from the Bletchley branch, he still made the effort to come back for me and several other clients, which really shows his dedication. From our very first meeting, I knew I was in safe hands. Management should definitely be on the cards for him in the near future!

We had purchased wood flooring Farm Oak 14 mm and placed it in the hallway through to the kitchen area. We were very pleased with it and it was very easy to install too. So we went back to Wickes to get some more for the living room area. Northampton Riverside were very helpful with advice, Will and Tracey helped with the correct amount of packs needed to install it. Then Will helped us load the packs into the car. I would recommend the wood flooring to anyone. Also Wickes at Riverside Northampton too for advice and help with purchases there.

She was helpful, smiley and was knowledgeable

Brilliant shop. Great location. Wide range and beautifuly presented. Much prefer this one to the Six Fields store, and the service in the new Riverside store is much much better!

The service from Lottie was super friendly and helpful.I'll be back often!
