I went in today to the store looking lovely and tidy, I was approached by Jason. Jason is a lovely man very polite and understanding, he had alot of knowledge about the product I wanted to buy and was very helpful. I could not be happier to visit the store today. Staff is lovely

Using this wicks for years , always great staff and helpful. Shop has had a refurbishment and wow ,looks fantastic, very modern and easier to find what your looking for . Easier parking so all round much much better.

When visiting my local wickes store I received excellent customer service from a colleague called Jason. He went above and beyond to help me. He was a team player, really helpful. Really good at his job . Very knowledgeable.

Had a really good experience at the newly refurbished Wickes store in Nottingham Central. The store has taken a major leap forward and Jake was very professional and personable helping us to select products to refurbish our kitchen. Rather than buying a completely new kitchen we have opted to change doors, worktops, plinths etc making the whole process easier, cheaper and quicker. Jake has been very good helping us to consider lots of options and make changes as we went along and staying on top of the detail and our requirements. Looking forward to everything going smoothly at installation!

We have had a Kitchen designed by Jake Marriott Rust to our specification. Right from the start Jake understood our requirements and we now have the finished design that looks great. Due to the refurbishment of the Nottingham store we visited the store in Long Eaton and the Staff were also very helpful. We recommend anyone who is looking to replace their old kitchen to consider Wickes.

So far the process has been easy. From booking an appointment to the communication for my appointment. When Ryan Matts came he was very professional and really heard what I needed and gave very sound advice. It at no point felt like a hard sell.

The Nottingham store went above and beyond to help me supplying and organising some new doors. They couldn’t have been more helpful and I’m very happy with their professional and helpful service.

Despite ongoing building works in the store, Ryan Matts was so helpful with the kitchen design. He was kind and patient with my elderly mum, allowing sufficient time to make her selections. Ryan then attending our home to check measurements before promptly placing the order. Excellent service was down to the individual staff member.

Another visit to my local store which stocked everything I needed at a reasonable price and with the usual friendly service. Looking forward to when the refit is complete and even more products will be available.

Quite apart from the products themselves, the staff here couldn't be more helpful if I were George Wimpey himself ordering materials for a whole new estate! I speak from years of using this depot. Good parking too.

Went it to chat about my damaged kitchen unit that I purchased at this store and they happily and quickly sorted it but giving me a replacement with no charge, massive thank you to the store manager richard who is a massive asset to this store who got this sorted, definitely recommend this store.
