From design to fit, very pleased.
Our designer Melissa from Oxford listened to what we wanted and designed a kitchen that took into account all our needs. It's a small kitchen but we have more storage and layout it great. We were appointed Simon from Jack of All Trades, Oxfordshire. Simon was very considerate and visited us promptly to check all measurements. He also gave us great advice on the best lighting we should have. As we decided to choose our own tiles, Simon suggested some which turned out to be the best decision for us.
Installation with the Fitter Stefan and his colleague went OK. Few hiccups but resolved in a timely manner. Worked really hard and always left everything clean and tidy. Happy with our new kitchen. We were replacing a 1974 kitchen.

New Wickes bespoke kitchen is absolutely lovely, good design, solid kitchen units and the end result is even better than expected! The quality of the kitchen fitting was excellent (Jack of All Trades, Simon Thomas), but note that the whole job took about 4 weeks, which felt a very long time.

Simon Thomas's team from Jack of All Trades installed my bathrooms a couple of weeks ago. Superb service by Jack of All Trades. The team were friendly, kind, helpful and really worked hard to have the installation done quickly and cleanly. When some parts did not fit, they worked with initiative to navigate the problems and provide solutions. The results look brilliant and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. I couldn't be more happy with the installation!

I had my bathroom refurbished through Wickes and am very happy with the result. The installation was handled by Simon and his team at the Jack of All Trades. The service was excellent - Simon was extremely responsive and helped with any guidance I needed, and the team fitted the bathroom to a very high quality.

Simon is from wicks he's a very nice man he was very good when he came to our place to design our bathroom and then our kitchen it's very nice bathroom and kitchen I would rate wicks a very good company if anyone was asking about a kitchen @bathroom company

We visited the Wicke’s Oxford store to design our kitchen and buy the kitchen cupboards. We worked with Caitlin Hill to design the kitchen and choose our appliances. Caitlin is excellent, knowledgeable, and very professional. She has an eye for design and quality materials and appliances. We are very pleased to have been able to work with her.

Melissa was very helpful and informative about many options, planning the kitchen for us to see on screen for a first look, then altering the plans after we had changed our minds on a few things to finish on the design we have chosen. She was very patient, well done Melissa.

Went to Wickes in Oxford this morning and although there was only 2 staff working they could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble . They also helped me load my car . I was very impressed . Their names were Marcus and Dev .

Caitlin was extremely helpful she took time to explain all the pros and cons of the different options. Very knowledgeable and was not pushy like a lot of sales people. I would highly recommend talking to her if interested in buying a kitchen.

From my first meeting with Melissa (Oxford Wickes)I knew I wad in safe hands.She guided me through the process with skill and professionalism but also kept it fun.It didn't matter how many times I changed my mind after sleepless nights and dreams of larder cabinets, we worked it out together.I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process and have my dream kitchen as the result.

Melissa at Oxford branch was really helpful when we had questions with the Lifestyle Kitchens. She helped us work out what was needed and we are really happy with the finished project. Would highly recommend.

Kristy at botley is absolutely fantastic. Been a few times and always felt with her. Never had one issue.
