Debra is friendly , approachable & very knowledgeable in her products. I would have liked to give her my business but circumstances were not condusive as Wickes couldn't fulfill my requirements.I would give her 10+ without hesitation & recommend her to anyone needing to upgrade their kitchen.

Been into the Canklow Meadows store on a Sunday twice recently on way home from Sheffielld. Both times I've needed just a small bit of advice and was seen by Julia on the till. She helped me out and on the second visit she seemed to have remembered me from before, which was lovely. Great service and happy with the prices as well

We live in Sheffield and had a new kitchen done through Wickes, organised by Johnathan who was absolutely amazing! Johnathan really went above and beyond to help us, was so so friendly, and we're so pleased with how the kitchen has turned out. Would recommend to everyone 😊 All the best, Amy & Jordan

Ordered a kitchen sink for collection at Wickes, Rotherham. Staff member Maria went above and beyond when we noticed someone had opened the box and took parts. Maria helped us look for what parts we needed to make up for what was missing in the box, but the store did not have what we needed. Maria was then able to source another sink at a store not too far from us and refunded me for the original purchase. She ensured the stock at the other store had not been opened and she arranged the new collection on our behalf. Thanks again! Mr. Worthington.

Emma was absolutely phenomenal in designing our kitchen. While we knew what we largely wanted, Emma was about to sort out the practicalities and intricacies of the design quickly and effectively, and asked questions and made suggestions to help benefit our design. At no point did we feel like we were being "sold to", rather instead simply "helped".

Emma has been great at helping us put together our dream kitchen. She listened to what we wanted and provided that, and when we weren’t sure she provided options to help us decide. She’s really knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend Emma to help you design your kitchen.

Emma made our experience pleasant and non stressful from coming to our house to do measurements to helpful tips to the actual design of the kitchen, Emma has great knowledge.

Debra from the Rotherham branch is a star. She went the extra mile to help out on both the design and measuring stages of our son’s kitchen.
When my measurements were a little hazy she came to the house and measured correctly.
Always bright and attentive to our needs (even in 35 deg heat in the store) she is an asset to the Wickes business.

Visited the Canklow Meadow store near Rotherham. Was served by a very pleasant, attentive member of staff called Ryan C. On the till at 13.30, 4th July. Great improvement on our last visit when we were served by a very abrupt female. Ryan was quick, efficient and cheerful. We will return.

Today, my husband and I visited Wickes store at Canklow Meadows, Rotherham, to buy a Deluxe Matt Egyptian Cotton paint. We looked on the shelves but could only find the silk finish, not the matt finish we wanted.
We went to the customer service desk and waited for assistance. A staff member named Emily helped us. We explained that we were looking for the matt version because only the silk finish was on the shelf. She brought us the same colour in silk, and when we told her we had already seen that one and needed the matt finish, she seemed annoyed. She rolled her eyes and started arguing with us instead of listening to what we were asking for.
She then went to the till area and asked another employee to look for the paint. The way she spoke to him came across as quite rude and demanding, which was uncomfortable to witness. Thankfully, the other employee was polite and helpful. He found the correct colour and finish for us.
When we went to pay, Emily simply asked, "Card or cash?" After I said card, there was no thank you, no smile, and no basic customer service. Overall, the experience was disappointing because of her attitude. I believe customer-facing staff should treat customers and colleagues with respect, and unfortunately, that was not our experience during this visit.

We bought a sink that didn't fit so had to return.
Sarah from the Rotherham branch went above and beyond to sort out our refund.
She was excellent couldn't wish to meet a nicer girl.
