We recently worked with Angela to design our new kitchen, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Angela was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire design process. She really took the time to understand our needs, preferences, and lifestyle, and created a layout that is both stylish and practical.
Her attention to detail and creative ideas helped us visualise a space that works perfectly for us. We are extremely happy with the design and can’t wait to see it come to life.

Dave at Sutton branch was really helpful. Went out of his way to help me find everything. Great advice on fence panels and what else I needed for the project. Thank you

Went into Sutton, London branch and was looking for something that online said was in stock. Wasn't off shelf but asked a very helpful young man called Zack, who was very polite and went off to find it for me. Eventually found it after I had left the shop and came out to find me in the car park. Couldn't have been more helpful ! Top class customer service

Really great customer service and an employee called Keston was amazing.
Very spot on and overall great experience.

Has a nice selection of items for household use. Was served by a guy named Zack who was outstanding in his service. Was highly enthusiastic in explaining options for our gardening needs and went out of the way to find them for us and help load on a trolley. Excellent attitude towards customer service. We need more Zacks who are proactive and helpful.

Paul was awesome! Very helpful with recommendations and finding thing.

I wanted to buy flooring for my house. Mr. Zack helped me to buy all the things. And helped me to load the flooring. Even though I forgot to get my discount. Mr Zack help me to get it . I recommend him if you want get a good service...

We recently visited to choose some paint for our house and were trying to match a specific colour. We were fortunate to be assisted by Paul, who was cheerful, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Thanks to his support, we were able to find the closest match to what we needed. His assistance made the process much easier and more enjoyable.

Good service initially, hence one star. However, after the installation of my bathroom the promised follow up, should there be any issues, was non existent. No one wanted to know, not even a so called ‘manager’ despite promising to act immediately. They simply weren’t interested having already received my initial favourable review directly after the installation. In fact, I hardly had time to take my first shower in my new bathroom when they were pestering me for my review, now I know why! My advice is to be prepared that the ‘after service’ they promise at the outset, may well not exist.

I was looking for some help and advice buying new doors, radiators and other house renovations products. Paul was very helpful and polite staff who helped in wicks store in Sutton to understand what each product was good for and its performance. Thank you Paul keep up with good customer services.

David and his colleagues were amazing from start to finish. When I walked into the store, I was asked by David if I needed any help. I explained to him the items that I was looking for and he asked whether I wanted him to show me. He then took me over to the garden centre and went through everything in detail As I am disabled he called his colleague to assist with the picking up and placing on the trolley of the items. He then organised for another colleague to come to take the trolley over to the till and then once payment was made take all items to my car. Sriwan who took the items to the Till and then to my car and put them in my boot was very polite very respectful and very professional much like David too. I’ll be totally honest in saying that I didn’t expect such a great service and I look forward to returning to the store again soon.

We needed advice on floor tiles and the advice and service provided was excellent.
We were served by Keston, thank you and well done.

Paul was very helpful in discussing which nails would be best for my project and showing me other items I required.

Sam collected my C&C order for me...quicker than promissed and beautifully handed over to my brother.

She was very calm, very professional and friendly.
Allowed myself to adjust and change my mind several times and was still very professional and friendly.
Gave helpful advice and support to help me design the kitchen.

I received appalling treatment from two members of staff.
On 22/03/25 around 4 pm I was shopping in Wickes Sutton. At the counter I was served by the young white male. After I paid for the goods the cashier didn't give me the receipt so l asked if I could have it. He looked surprised and said that he already closed the transaction and I can't get it now. He didn't ask me if I wanted it, he just assumed that I don't and closed the transareceivedction! I said that I need it because my costumer will refund me for the goods. He tried to end the conversation by saying "I've closed the transaction goodbye".(!!) I've pointed out that this is absurd.
At this moment the other cashier (young black female) joined in, asking me if I asked for the receipt and if I did not ask for it beforehand then it's to late and they didn't have to give it to me. They both made me feel very uncomfortable.
At this point a couple of other customers helped me saying that I have to get my receipt, it is a given, I shouldn't have to ask for it beforehand and confirm that the male cashier never asked if I wanted it.
The female cashier instructed the male cashier to refund me so we could do the transaction again. The male said that he didn't know how to do it so the female took over. She asked me how much I paid. She was visibly annoyed and irritated. I could not recall how much exactly it was (she had trouble working it out because I had used my discount Wickes card). She asked me how much change he gave me, I didn't know that either . The whole process took a good few minutes and was very unpleasant. They were acting like whole situation was my fault. I said that I have been going to this shop for years and nothing like this ever happened before. She replied that "this is irrelevant"(!!) After I said that it is your colleague who made a mistake and I shouldn't be treated like this she replied, saying "I wasn't serving you and it has nothing to do with me"(!!).
I was treated very badly by your staff . They didn't show any kindness or politeness at all. Through the whole process they were rude and unfriendly.
It didn't have to turn out like that. I wasn't acting angry and we could've simply sorted it out in polite manner.
I suspect that my polish accent did play some role. I didn't think they would allow themselves to behave like that with someone else. It did upset me a lot.

I went to buy some stuff to do a roof clean. David was incredibly helpful. It's really nice to find professional workers who do their job with a smile in their face, especially at 6.30am. Thanks a lot.
