I was looking for a specific paint that was use on the wall before but I couldn't find it because I didn't no the for the paint and a staff member called Alex he did the best he can to help me find the exact paint i was looking for

Katie was more than helpful during the process of us sorting out our kitchen design and plans, She guided us through the whole process with confidence and ease!
Her ability to help us see our vision on paper made the whole experience so much better!

Katie was amazing. I have never had a kitchen installed before and she made the experience really easy and provided loads of different options that fit into my budget

Sean and Shakil were super helpful today, helping with a click and collect order, a refund and an in-store purchase all at once today. Polite, helpful and efficient. Also couldn’t help but notice how well all the staff work together, communicate with each other, and help each other out.

Everything went wrong and still not resolved. Bought a kitchen from wicks cwmdu ind est store. paid just under £11,000. On 21st November it’s now 1st April and still not got a working kitchen. The original designer got the measurements wrong and had to have another designer come out to remeasure. Anna was brilliant in resolving the problems but all 3 walls the measurements were out. So the kitchen had to be tweaked around. The inconvenience this caused I had an electrician in the house putting plug sockets in and had to stop it all. When the kitchen was finally delivered they only delivered the worktops (No Kitchen units). I had a kitchen fitter booked to do the work that was put on hold. I had to wait another week for the kitchen to be delivered. Then parts were missing so that was another week waiting. Then we noticed the one of the worktops was damaged so everything was on hold again. I have had 5 worktops delivered and all of the was damaged. I have had to wait a week for each delivery they won’t do an express delivery as requested on numerous times by myself why do they keep sending faulty goods out??. 5 times?. It’s not just the work top damaged that’s an inconvenience. Its the fact that I don’t have a sink in the kitchen as my sink sits in that worktop. I have a back problem and having to do my dishes in the bathtub. I have had no help or sympathy from this company. I think it’s a absolute disgrace. It’s now April and still not resolved we made the big mistake of paying in full for the kitchen and it seems once they have your money they aren’t interested. No customer service at all. No compensation offered just attitude. It’s me who has to spend my time and money chasing damaged goods. We are absolutely gutted we chose this company as had nothing but problems and no help. The store say take it up with customer service and customer service say take it up with the store?. We I would think twice about buying a kitchen from this company.

The worst thing I ever did was buy a kitchen and installation from wickes.
There has been problem after problem and there is no one in this company that will take ownership or help resolve. After spending over £17,000 on the kitchen and installation - once the payment has been taken they wash their hands of you and that is where Customer service ends. I have been in to the store multiple times and they send me away with incorrect information and numbers to call basically palming me off and not taking ownership. There is a leak in the under cupboard heating which they didn't check nor fix, just replaced a panel on the side of the cupboard not fixing the leak, so now the other side has water damage. New piece sent, then Was woken at 6:30am being called by the delivery man this morning of the replacement for the damaged piece, wrong piece delivered, yet I have to sort this - again, no one taking ownership. Went into store to get the correct piece delivered and she said she couldnt help and give me a number, Called the number I was palmed off with and they can't even find my order number. This company is just a joke who have basically robbed 17 grand off an OAP. If I could give zero stars I would. If the kitchen was fitted properly I would love it but it has been over a year of stress with no one helping within this company - they all just blame each other for issues that arise. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

I ordered online for collection. Within 15 minutes had confirmation email that items were ready to collect. Jamie served me and carried the two heavy bags of pavior sand to my car without having to ask. Excellent service. Thank you.

During my visit to wickes i was unsure about the selection wood material that would be best for a project at home.
I was greeted by Andrew Torrington who was very helpful and pleasent. He was very considerate to all my needs and requirements. I would without doubt be using wickes cwmdu swansea for all future projects after the great service, professionalism and warm wlecome i recieved. Thank you Andrew Torrington

Just gone through design and order process with Anna Lysik at Wickes, Fforestfach. She was excellent - answered all our questions, amended the desgn to reflect all our new ideas and was patient. We are hoping that the rest of the process will be dealt with as professionally as Anna today.

I went to buy paint today at the store in swansea. I was looking for two specific colours which I could not find, so I asked one of the wickes staff called Chris Wakeling, who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional and was very informative about the products. Will definately go back and buy more products from Wickes. Great experience.

Looking at replacing our kitchen and Katie at the Swansea store couldn’t have been more helpful. She went out of her way to ensure that our needs were met. Thank you Katie, you are a credit to Wickes

The kitchen consultant/designer Mr Mateo Nilson is a brilliant guy. He arrived on time and was very humble and polite guy. He answered all the questions very professionally and was very helpful with design and was very knowledgeable and expert in his job. I ll definitely use Wickes because of this guy's expertise and professionalism. Many thanks

Called to Wickes in Swansea for an internal door. Couldn't find a trolley, couldn't even lift the internal door!!
Asked Chris Wakeling for help, best move i made!!
He carried the door to the till for me to pay, amazing!! But also carried the door to my car, and put the door into my car!!! What an amazing gentleman, needs a massive pat on the back. Cant thank him enough, would always call to this store if all the employees are like Chris

We came to Wickes as want to change our bathroom. Our advisor Katie, went above and beyond to explain our options and advise what would suit us. Couldn't ask for more. We have used Wickes before when we had kitchen done and was very pleased with result, so decided to use them again.

Anna, our Advisor, was really helpful. She ran through our options with us in a polite and professional manner, taking time to explain everything we asked. I wasn't sure what to expect when booking a free quotation but it was definitely a worthwhile experience that I would thoroughly recommend. Thanks Anna!!

I have nothing but praise for this company. Katie came out to measure up for our kitchen. She was punctual, friendly and was so helpful with any questions I had.

Kate has been fantastic in going through the kitchen design experience with me; high levels of knowledge and a good eye for detail, she took my ideas and was able to put together a design I love without breaking the bank, and with plenty of options/variants.
