Very generous donation for our group. I am a Scout Leader with Pontarddulais Scouts and Wickes have donated building materials as part of their community support program. With Wickes help out group can build a sensory outdoor area to help develop the children in our group

Sean and Alex w at the cwmdu store Swansea have been amazing and made sure I had the corrects products, very polite and went out of their way to help me, they are a credit to wickes, thank you both amazing customer service!

Just had Anna to design our kitchen, she done a fabulous design, very professional and lovely girl. Talked us through everything and it's now in the process of being ordered, cannot wait to see final installation 😀

Anna at Wickes, Cwmbwrla, Swansea, was excellent as our kitchen designer. She was patient, creative in helping us designer our dream kitchen. Whilst friendly, she was professional in her service. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
The kitchen fitters were MC joinery. Damien the carpenter was also excellent, a true craftsman. We are very pleased with the process from design through to the fitting.

Katie was excellent helping us plan our ensuite refurbishment.

Christopher W was very helpful with me and also took time to help other customers at the same time. I came with a list and he advised me of a few other bits that i needed. Very knowledgeable as well!

We had our initial bathroom plan done back in August 2025. At this point we were sold the dream, and told they can start the work in October. Little while to go but no problem. The first installer came out to have a look and told us that October is not realistic, it will be January. Ok. In the meantime they start delivering all the bits, thankfully we had space for it but it filled an entire large room (which we were not using luckily). Where do you put all this if people have a smaller house? All the materials were there waiting for months. January came. No confirmation, no reply from the installer after several messages and calls, completely ghosted us. Meanwhile wickes' customer service is asking how it's all going. We're like, it's not? They were completely oblivious and took several phone calls until they could sort another date. Bear in mind my partner took the whole week off for this so he can be there. They finally found an independent installer who could do it for us and honestly that guy saved us (KPJ carpentry). We are currently on day 3 and it turns out wickes didn't even deliver everything so the work can't be finished, and they aren't replying. So yea. Wouldn't go with them again.

Wickes had just what I needed as Screwfix’s you had to buy 5 length of guttering pipe !!!!
Wickes had it by the single unit yay and cheap

Sean took the time to explain what we needed to know about the laminate floor. He answered all our questions and researched more into what we needed to know. Great advice, considerate and really appreciate the time he gave us.

We loved our kitchen so much that we decided to do the bathroom as well. Anna Lysik was amazing to work with-very knowledgeable and technical, and you can really see her interior design background in both designs. Everything turned out beautifully and we’re honestly so happy with the results.

Katie was exceptional in her support to us today, not only designing the kitchen of our dreams, but working with us to adjust and enhance ideas we had until we were ready to sign on the dotted line. This will be our second kitchen with Wickes Swansea and yet again they nailed it! Thank you Katie Team Wickes Swansea should be proud to have you in their squad. Jason and Sarah

katie the design consultant in the Swansea branch was friendly helpfull and most importantly knowledgeable about the products. I allready knew which units and layout I wanted but had technical questions which she was able to give advice and guidence on. the computer visualisation was very helpfull in that respect as well. I also liked that we weren't pressurised into making an on the spot decision to purchase and were able go away and think about it.

Went to wicks for sand and cement met Jaime in the Swansea branch who helped me to lift and put in my car he was extremely kind and helpful credit to wickes

Ordered taps online 19th January, had an email to say order was ready early on 20th January. Arrived in the shop and there was one gentleman there serving someone else. He acknowledged me and then proceeded to help. What a great asset to your team Wickes! His name was Steve Lowe. Thank you Wickes.
