My experience shopping in Wisbech ...
I met a very helpful assistant, Jayne, I wanted to buy a mixer tap for my kitchen. I had misunderstood & thought the tap was in stock, Jayne was able to find out what had gone on, went through your nearest branches & finally she was able to arrange said tap to be delivered to my home! The other day, I came to wickes in Wisbech to purchase some paint but I discovered it had to be mixed, thankfully the service I received from oscar was extremely helpful, he was attentive, patient and explained the whole process with knowledge. Great customer service
Everyone we spoke to throughout the store was helpful and were a delight to talk to. We spoke to Rosie at the till and she was happy to help us, it felt like she was helping us because she wanted to, not because she had to.

Went in to buy gate catch and a cordless hedge trimmer , got both at a good price this is my local branch well stocked .Rosie on the till was very helpful, saved a walk outside for me by looking up scan bar code in her book for a bag of compost , overall a very good experience well done Wickes thanks Colin.

Ashley was an absolute super star today - thank you so much for your help. I slipped a disc in my back so couldn’t lift a few heavy bits. He helped mix the paint up for me, and helped get stuff in the car. Super friendly and chatty. Great store! Absolutely my go to! Thanks again guys.

Value for money and service with a smile
First review of Wickes, Wisbech. Have shopped here several times before, always finding what I needed. Today I purchased 15 packs of wall tiles for an ensuite project,along with other building materials, not only were the tiles on promotion but the checkout assistant, Rosie, was extremely helpful when some of the products wouldn't scan. It's not often I leave reviews but today was a good day and feel I should say how good the staff are at Wisbech. Will be back again!

Missing item
Contacted your Wisbech branch after collecting a mitre chop saw that had a problem. Travelled back to branch same day. Our problem was dealt with very efficiently by Hannah and Harvey and made the whole experience much easier.
