Wickes - Woking Reviews 

We used Wickes Woking store for the design supply and fitting of a replacement ensuite shower room and downstairs cloakroom.
Overall we were very happy with the quality of work and impressed by their relatively immediate availability and speed of completion in two man weeks.
The fitters were competent, very polite and proactive to rectifying unforeseen problems and doing a few extras along the way.
Our experienced designer Lisa took care of most of our questions and was very resourceful in quickly procuring more specialist tiles which ran out towards the end of the job.
We would recommend them to anyone who wants to be hands off and needs customised guidance on what are their most suitable options without having to manage all the different aspects of such a project themselves.

Had loaded up my trolley with fencing products required for a job that day, unfortunately the Woking branch didn’t have the 1’ trellis I needed so l spoke to Brian one of the employees who checked the stock and even went to the warehouse to double-check in case.
He then checked the Guildford branch for me, they did have the amount I needed!
Brian then kindly took my loaded up trolley full of all the other items I needed and placed them in the warehouse for me until I returned about 30 minutes later.
On my return, as soon as he saw me he stopped what he was doing and went and retrieved the loaded trolley so I was in and out the store asap and off to the job!. Top man👍🏻

Popped in to find a part for a wooden bed that I was trying to fix. Brian was extremely helpful and although wickes didn’t have the part, he came up with a solution to my problem. Bed fixed and I’m happy

I just had an amazing experience at the Woking Wickes all thanks to the lovely team member there, a chap called Brian.
I had an DIY issue and had not much clue how to solve it. He spent the time to look at the photos and understand the problem and then went about thinking about all the ways I could fix it. He bothered to take the time to think about the pros and cons and offer some very well thought out ideas, and not just one, he kept re-thinking it until we were both happy with his franky, brilliant suggestion… now to hope my DIY skills are up to it.

I needed a lot of help and Gemma helped me followed by Alex and Brian through the process of finding, getting the right products to suit my needs and helping load the car. Thank you and so glad to use Wickes.

I needed assistance with finding locks and hinges for 14 internal doors and Ben helped with this task. It was complicated because of the large task and some doors were different sizes and some had locks and some didn't. Ben was so helpful with technical knowledgeable regarding the locks and the placing of them on the different size doors. He was patient and meticulous ensuring all the pieces of ironmongery were obtained. Excellent service and much appreciated!

Wickes have been great in designing my new kitchen and bathroom. Nick the designer has been patient, listened and accommodated all our requirements. He has made site visits and drawn up designs quickly and talked us through every aspect

We had our utility room designed by Nick. He was exceptional! Really helpful and knowledgeable. He designed a room way above our expectations and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!

Walked into Wickes Woking branch today with a list given to me from my builder, I didn’t have a clue where to start looking for any of the stuff he had listed. However I was extremely grateful when I was approached by Gary who asked me if I needed some help, after showing him my list he not only took my trolley and loaded all the items I needed, he also put everything into my car. Thank You

Wickes in Woking is my go to for pretty much everything DIY. It’s well stocked the click and collect works really well and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

The amount of professional tradesmen buying from there shows the Wickes know their stuff!
