From my designer Nick Hedges to my Kitchen Fitter Julian, my new kitchen is exactly how I wanted it, all the space has been beautifully accounted for by Nick’s design and Julian with his experience and expertise was able to make suggestions to further enhance my kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend Wickes at Woking or use them again.

Having finally decided to get a completely new kitchen and after wandering blankly around the Wickes show room not knowing where to even start, we were lucky enough to bump into one of their design consultants Ken Scudder. He was actually just heading off to an appointment but took the time to take our details and get us booked in for a home visit that weekend. He was polite, punctual and incredibly helpful with great knowledge of the products but also an eye for detail and maximising space without sacrificing aesthetics. He had all the plans drawn up within a couple of days so we had 3D images, prices, timescales, everything you could ask for to take all the stress out of trying to even imagine how it will all go together. I really can’t recommend him enough to anybody thinking of doing the same. We really feel he went the extra mile to give us exactly what we are looking for in a professional but friendly and approachable way. Absolutely fantastic service!

Having used the Woking Store for years now I have to say I have always found the staff always so helpful and understanding.
I had a problem today and the manager of the branch and the staff made sure it was sorted for me with great customer service.
I have found that loads of the big companies no longer have good let alone great customer service anymore. With staff that are just working there as a job and have no care about what they do. But this is definitely not the case at the Woking branch the company should be very proud of their staff at Woking and a big thank you to all of them for making sure the problem was solved for me today. The expertise that our designer (Nick Hedges) had was fantastic. From the moment he viewed our old bathroom he helped us envision how we could modernize the space. He was easy to deal with and always responsive.
The company entrusted with our project was Oakley Home Improvements. I was really impressed with their workmanship. Bill was our fitter and he worked long hours to make sure the bathroom was in impeccable condition and ready for use. Everyday he came to work with a smile on his face and it was a pleasure to have him around.
Overall, I would happily recommend using Wicks service, from start to finish it made the whole process easy and stress free.

A great young man called Selorm, came to my rescue today. I needed a heavy bag of grout, which he took from the shelf and carried out to the car foe me.

I’ve been dealing with Ken Scudder on a particular project and he’s been very helpful and accommodating throughout the project and I would would definitely recommend him and the wickes team to friends and colleagues.

The manager I met at first, Jamie, was incredibly helpful. I then had the please to interact with the store manager, James, and the operations manager, Paul. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

We were looking for conservatory information and advice and Paul in the Woking branch was super helpful; he gave us his opinion and answered all the questions we had with ease and experience. We managed to also pick up all the items we were looking for that day with everything in stock.

Visited earlier this week looking for a particular light bulb. Mathew walked by me, stopped and asked if he could help. He was so helpful and polite and even tho they didn't have that particular bulb suggested where I might get one. It's nice to be in a shop that doesn't ignore you and a person puts themselves out to help you

This store has been absolutely amazing in supporting our school with renovation projects. They are always so helpful and friendly and we cannot thank them enough for their support. True local champions. Thank you particularly to James and Paul.
