Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I called them before putting the order and Dereck was very helpful. He spent 15min, with me over the phone and answered all my questions. After putting the order, Sandra called me and checked the measurements with me. Five days later I had a confirmation email with a target delivery date. I am extremely happy with WindowEstore service overall!

The quality of the window construction…
The quality of the window construction seemed fine. The grills on the inside were not installed level. 3/8” from one side to the other. I had no choice but to install it because I had demoed the old window.
I was contacted by the manufacturer. They were very helpful and offer to send a new sash. Right out of the gate!! I’m going to send a photo and they are going to send a new sash. I wish more companies stood behind their products this way.

Thanks so much for the 5 Star review! As far as the grids go on that one sash we'll send you a new replacement sash straight to your home. When you get the new sash just pop the old one out and put the new one in. It'll be a 10 second fix. We want to make sure that the grids line up exactly from sash to sash. If there's one that's even a tiny bit off let us know and we'll get a new sash to you ASAP. It's extremely rare that this happens but if it does just know that your Double Lifetime Warranty covers it completely. Have a great week and thanks so much for the continued business!
