The window is exactly what we wanted. The pickup location did not find our window when it should have been there. I called WindowEstore and they called the pickup location and fixed the problem immediately. The pickup location had mis-labeled the window. I am impressed on how quickly WindowEstore got this problem solved!

The ordering was straight-forward, and the staff friendly and efficient. I was mostly impressed by the high quality of the windows. The only very minor glitch is that the pre-drilled mounting holes at the top often lined up with the holes in the frame left by removing the old sash pulleys.

It was very easy to navigate the web blind site. There are excellent instructions, videos, and other guidelines. Prices seemed comparable or even better, relative to other online window sites. Then to top it all off I get a personal call after placing the order just to make sure everything g is correct. Amazing!

Top quality window

The windows were manufactured to the exact measurements provided. They appear well-crafted. Installation was as expected. We purchased 5 basement replacement windows. They were delivered on time and the price was reasonable with promotional discount.

This is our second purchase from WindowEstore. Our first were a pair of fixed glass windows for the basement.

If you want to DIY your windows Windowestore is definitely the way to go. Excellent results and if you need special shape windows, don’t hesitate to ask. I was concerned I need to get someone to replace those, but Derek was able to accommodate all my needs. Very happy with the results and service throughout!
