I honestly can’t fault the team at Withnell Car Sales. From the beginning, they really listened to what I actually needed and wanted from a car rather than just trying to sell me whatever was available.

My finance situation wasn’t straightforward. I had existing finance agreements in place which were affecting my credit rating and making getting another car finance agreement at the same time more difficult. Rather than having me look around, fall in love with a car and then potentially find out I couldn’t get the finance for it, they actually worked backwards. They established what finance and budget I could realistically be approved for first, and then we went car shopping within those figures. I really appreciated that approach because it meant there were no false expectations or disappointment.

Luke was absolutely brilliant. My requirements were quite specific – I needed an automatic with a decent-sized boot to transport my mobility scooter, but I’m also young and still wanted something sporty that I actually loved driving. I specifically didn’t want something that looked or felt like a stereotypical “disability car” just because my reason for changing cars was disability-related.

Despite the finance limitations, Luke genuinely listened and came up with an absolutely brilliant car that ticked the boxes.

Once we knew the figures we were working with, I was given multiple vehicles to consider and plenty of time to look around them independently, research them and make my own decision. At no point did I feel pressured into choosing a particular car or feel like I had to make a decision there and then.

They even explained that if they didn’t have the right car in stock, I could tell them exactly what I had my heart set on and their car buyer could specifically look for one for me – which I thought was a fantastic service.

The aftercare has been just as good. They’ve checked in, responded quickly to every enquiry I’ve had and the whole team has been helpful throughout.

Genuinely 10/10 service. They took what could have been a stressful process, particularly with the finance situation and my specific mobility requirements, and made it incredibly straightforward.

I absolutely love the car they found for me and I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for the next one. Highly recommend Withnell Car Sales!

Josh and the guys were great. They seriously could not do enough to help. No pushy sales tactics, no false promises, just honest to goodness down to earth business.
Saw the car online, called round to see it, was actually given the choice of 3 Range Rover Evoques, all with similar spec, similar milage but different colours. I obviously chose the best of the three, in my opinion, and drove it away. It just went through its latest MOT, with zero advisories.

Josh was the consultant I dealt with. He was efficient and helpful and took me through multiple cars to find the one I liked. He explained the paperwork and this was handled efficiently and I have had no issues with my car since. This was all handled over 2 days.
