Wizard Pins Reviews

Great customer service, speedy delivery!

I ordered pins for a work event quite close to the time I wanted them, because I was having trouble getting my art finalized, but once I did place my order the team was so quick to respond. They sent over the proofs, the confirmation, and the tracking information as soon as they had it. Got them just in time! Thanks, Steve and team! (I just wish I had ordered them a bit bigger, but that's on me!) I'll definitely be using Wizard Pins again in the future.

Sold my contact info to Scam callers. Do not use wizard pins. They are the only ones who could have possibly sold this info because the name it was attached to on this order wasn't used anywhere else, I ordered something for a client and now I get scam calls thinking I am that client. Do not use wizard pins.

I've used Wizard pins twice now and both times have had a fantastic experience. From customer service and sales rep Steve, my organization received our high-quality keychain orders in a timely manner, ending with a vast number of accolades from volunteers and associates who received them! Steve had the patience of a saint, with me going back-n-forth on design, and the outcome was well worth it!

I love the pins we received from Wizard Pins! They were fast to respond to my online order and were available to answer any questions. We needed them in a rush and they arrived a week early! Great job!

Customer service was very nice, and the pins arrived timely and in great shape!

Wizard Pins is who we come back to, again and again! They blow our expectations out of the water, every time. They always do their best to meet our deadlines too!

I just received my second order of keychains. aMy customer service agent, Steve, was quick to respond with adjustments to my mockups. He was kind and attentive. I received my keychains in a good time and they are beautiful -- exactly how I'd hoped they would be. I'm pleased and ready to re-order.

They were responsive and professional and courteous. Would totally order from them again.

Highly recommend! We needed a fast turn around and wanted a quality product and Wizard pins delivered! Very easy to work with. Will definitely use them again in the future.

delivered a week early and the quality was amazing

Wizard pins took an existing logo we had and customized it for our Pin and Sticker project. They did a great job working with us and quickly getting new drawings out for us to review. They also shipped the products super quick! Would definitely recommend.

Wizard pins has done an outstanding job for us on every order we have placed with them — so much so that they have become our vendor of choice for all the pins we need to source. Their design artwork and product delivery is fast and efficient; and the quality of their pins is reliably excellent.
