W J Meade Reviews

I receive excellent service from the Estate Agent W J Meade to let and manage my properties. Staff Mert carried out a Periodic Inspection on one property recently . His inspection and report is perfect . I have no hesitation in recomending this company to my friends and family.

Every Member of Staff I deal with is polite, professional and helpful

Mert and his team do a great job of looking after my flat

I have been really happy with my experience with WJMEADE. I would like to give a special mention to Karolina, who has gone above and beyond to help us. She has always been friendly and has made me feel listened to. She always tries her best to resolve anything promptly and professionally, and I really appreciate all her help and support.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Karolina at WJMead. She’s always been incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed to get in touch. No matter what the question or issue is, she’s always quick to come back to me and has been really patient and approachable throughout.
It genuinely makes a difference having someone who is so easy to communicate with and who actually takes the time to help get things sorted, rather than feeling like you’re just being passed from one person to another. Karolina has always made me feel like my questions are being listened to and dealt with properly, and I really appreciate that. She’s been a pleasure to deal with and has made things much easier for me. I’m really grateful for all of her help and support, and the wider WJMead team have been great as well.

I have been with W J Meade for a number of years. They are an excellent estate agent who manage my property efficiently and professionally. More importantly rents are collected and payments forwarded without issue. My special thanks to Karolina who responds quickly and resolves any issue efficiently by agreement.

Pleased to always work with WJ Meade, great company

Had a great experience with WJ Meade! Portia was so helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had about the property and process. Georgia was also really helpful!

Portia was incredible! She made our references light work and made the tenancy progress so easy! Especially for first time tenants, she was always on hand and always quick to respond and help! Don’t know what we would’ve done without her to be completely honest

I have been using WJ Meade for over 16 years to manage my property, and throughout that time I have found them to be consistently professional, reliable, and easy to work with.

One of the things I value most is the quality of their tenant selection process. Their tenant referencing and checks have always been excellent, resulting in good tenants and a hassle-free experience as a landlord.

After 16 years of positive experience, I can confidently recommend WJ Meade to other landlords looking for a dependable managing agent. Great service, strong tenant vetting, and a team that has always delivered when needed.

Well done Gina on all your help. Big thanks for all your efforts to get the new tenancy completed on time.

Billy was wonderfully friendly, honest and knowledgeable about the area and the property he showed us. He clearly has a passion for the job which is so rare to find these days. If all agents were like him, buying/selling a house would be so much less stressful! Will definitely go to W J Meade for any future estate matters in E1.
