W J Meade Reviews

Georgia was amazing! Highly recommend - very pragmatic and professional

A great experience.

WJ Meade continues to provide me with excellent service with special thanks to their Property Inspector Mert Gundes who is helping me sort out some repairs on time and budget.

Great service from Meades overall helped me and my friend move into a lovely 3 bed

Wj meade have been brilliant to work with, helped me find a property in a tough time

Thanks WJ Meade for all your help

The estate agents Billy and Michael were absolutely wonderful from the very beginning of what can be a very emotional time, to the successful completion of sale. They were always professional, really knew what they were talking about, fantastic negotiators and amazingly patient and kind. I always appreciated their immediate response to calls and emails. I couldn’t recommend them and the agency more highly.

Fast and easy to understand

WJ meade employees are a joy to cooperate with. Mert, Karolina & Portia went above and beyond to help us deal with urgent issues and repairs.

Good service received

Selling my flat was, at times, a complicated and rather stressful affair, but the whole process was made considerably easier by the excellent team at W J Meade.
At every stage, the charming and wonderful Billy Collins was reassuring, professional, calm and exceptionally prompt in responding to the inevitable changes and complications that arose. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and his combination of efficiency and good humour made a potentially difficult process feel remarkably manageable.
The ever-dependable Michael is quite simply a mine of information. His extensive local knowledge, experience and ability to find practical solutions to problems are invaluable. Whenever something unexpected cropped up, Michael seemed to know exactly what needed to be done and, more importantly, how to get it done.
I have bought and sold property on several occasions over the years, so I have experienced my fair share of estate agents, with varying degrees of satisfaction. Working with the W J Meade team, however, is always a pleasure. They combine a thorough understanding of the local market with a refreshingly realistic approach, while remaining focused, responsive and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome for their clients.
Their knowledge of Bow and the wider Tower Hamlets area is second to none, and it is clear that they care about the people they are dealing with rather than simply viewing each transaction as another sale.
In short, I cannot recommend Billy, Michael and the team at W J Meade highly enough. Professional, knowledgeable, personable and exceptionally good at what they do. If you are buying or selling in Bow or Tower Hamlets, I really can't see any reason to use anyone else.
Indeed, to use another estate agent would simply be silly.

Really recommend WJ Meade, really good people

Smooth process from start to finish when purchasing my flat! Would really recommend using W J Meade estate agents!
