W J Meade Reviews

I have been contacting WJ Meade through Mert Gundes, and he is responsive and professional, answering all my doubts.
Thank you.

I work with W J Meade as contractor since some time now and I am always impressed with their approach to clients. Karolina and the Team are always prompt in replying, arranging repairs for tenants and always looking after both parties – tenants and landlords. And of course - after their contractors too 😊 Very nice company to work with, I would highly recommend them as Letting and Sales agents!

Thank you for all your help

Portia is a fantastic agent who always makes the clients feel happy and comfortable. As a tenant, I always had trouble communicating with real estate agents, but we were able to soft land on our moving thanks to her. She provided necessary documents quickly, confirmed deposit or important steps promptly.

Efficient in communication
Communication between the agents and me has been smooth, and responses to emails have been speedy. Good with reminder in renewal of contracts and reviewing current market rates to ensure fairness for both tenants and the landlord.

Found me the perfect place in 2 goes! Billy was great!

Thank mert for everything

We purchased through WJ Meade and had such an excellent experience with Billy in 2017 that we have used them as our letting management since 2021. Karolina manages our property and is incredible! Often the problem is sorted before we even know about it and she is brilliant at proactively sorting a plan for us if the problem cannot be immediately rectified! Highly recommend.

I have been dealing with W J Meade for several years, and they are by far the most trusted and straightforward estate agent I have worked with. Their knowledge of the local area is second to none, and they are consistently professional, polite, and a pleasure to deal with.

A special mention has to go to Michael Whitby, who is an absolute gem. His honesty, expertise, and commitment to providing exceptional service make every transaction as smooth as possible.

If you're buying or selling in E3, I genuinely believe W J Meade are the best estate agents in the area, hands down. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Merit has always been great, helped with our tenancy and inspections

I first used WJ Meade in 2012 when they were the estate agent when I bought my flat. I’ve used them ever since for their landlord management service and they’ve been great. I’ve never felt like switching anywhere else. At the moment Karolina Karczewska there is very helpful on the day to day management side
