W J Meade Reviews

Billy and the team recently took over the letting and management of a significant sized portfolio which had been badly neglected by another agent. In just three months, they have resolved all compliance and maintenance issues in a professional fuss free way. They were already looking after a few flats for me. Happy to recommend without hesitation.

Brilliant all round management of properties.

Billy was wonderful! He’s flexible and ensured that we were happy all the way through, and we can’t thank him enough. He’s an amazing person and we would definitely recommend everyone to go with him!

great experience with Mert

Working with Mert has been nothing shy of excellent thanks!

The team at W J Meade were incredible in their support for our purchase, being first time buyers we were very anxious about the process and estate agents, but Billy and Michael in particular have been amazing. The communication from them has been excellent and answered any and all questions we had about our new property. If/when we decide to sell I have no doubt that we will go to W J Meade

We had a great experience working with our agent while securing our rented house. They were professional, responsive, and guided us through every step of the process with patience and care. Their support made everything smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciate all their hard work. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful agent named Mert.

Recommend Karolina Karczewska for her professional work ethic and communication skills in managing our rental property in Mile End

Also a special thank you to Michael and Billy for handling all the paperwork so efficiently and keeping everything on track.

We would highly recommend WJ Meade to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
Thank you for making our purchase such a positive experience!

WJ Meade are helpful and responsive, and I have been using them as letting agents for over 10 years now. Special mention to Karolina, who is always super efficient.

W J Meade handled the sale of my flat on Old Ford Road, and I genuinely felt supported from start to finish. Leasehold sales can be complicated, and mine certainly had its challenges, but Michael, Billy and the team were steady, communicative and incredibly helpful throughout. They kept things moving, explained everything clearly, and made a difficult process feel manageable. I’m really pleased with the outcome and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

These guys are the real deal. From the top down, their professionalism, decades of experience, and determination to get the job done really showed.

They were quick to get our place listed, and generated lots of interest from the start which led to getting early decent offers.

Our sale wasn't straightforward but they were in contact with us, the buyer and solicitors throughout - stepped in when needed to keep moving things on, managed expectations, negotiated, chased, and got it over the line. They invested a lot of time and effort - highly recommend.

Thanks to William, Alfie, Billie, Michael and everyone else.

I would like to commend Portia at WJ Meade for her outstanding service in managing the maintenance issues at my property.

Portia is always polite, professional, and highly efficient. She consistently returns calls promptly, keeps me updated, and ensures that issues are dealt with as quickly as possible. Her excellent communication and proactive approach make the whole process much easier and less stressful.

Portia is a real credit to WJ Meade, and her dedication to providing excellent customer service is greatly appreciated.

I've always found WJ Meade very responsive whenever I've raised maintenance issues. I was away recently for an extended period and Mert in particular was very helpful, ensuring some important maintenance issues were addressed before I left, and also by checking on the property regularly in my absence.

Professional and transparent from start to finish. Highly recommended.
