W J Meade Reviews

We had a great experience with W.J. Meade and Billy Collins. He was very friendly, patient, and always happy to let us visit the property multiple times, which really helped us feel confident in our decision to buy. He also gave us helpful guidance on determining the best final offer price, including a memorable tip about incorporating one of our lucky numbers into the offer. Overall, a supportive and positive experience throughout the process.

Always had a pleasure dealing with Mert. Always on the ball thanks a lot

Great communication, Karolina Karczewska did her very best to help us sort our washing machine issue.

WJ Meade act as our management agency for a number of lettings and their service is always good. The relationship management with us and our tenants is always good and clear. We are satisfied with the level of their service and personnel on the team.

Haris was very professional and genuinely cared about helping us find the right flat. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free

I’ve been a tenant in a property managed by W J Meade for over 12 years, and throughout that entire time our main contact was Haris. He has always been personable, professional, and incredibly easy to deal with—something that really stands out in an industry that can often feel complicated.

Any queries or maintenance issues were handled promptly and efficiently, with excellent support from Property Manager Karolina, who was consistently responsive and helpful. Overall, a very positive experience over many years.

Portia was very helpful throughout our process to move in to a new rental property.

She kept us in the loop despite delays outside of her control and made the whole experience pretty painless.
