Slow and really poor product
Took a lot longer than expected to arrive. The blind itself is cheap plastic and the slats bend under their own weight - making it look awful. Definitely would avoid next time.

Good service
Good service and price , I’ve shoped here for years and the service and cost is great , the only downside is that the long blinds are bowed at the bottom so hopefully they will straighten out in time .

The blind is lovely. Some details missing
The blind is lovely. A bit more info about how to measure would be good. I measured my window but not exactly down to the sill so it's a slat short. Would also be good to include instructions how to fit it in the box instead of relying on online as well. I may order another one bearing these things in mind

I ordered soft white blinds for my new bathroom.
After fitting and releasing the blinds to the down position, I was shocked to see that the blinds are not white but are cream, even beige! I contacted Wooden Blinds Direct to complain, but they have refused to exchange.
On the website the colour looks soft white which is why I ordered white, but clearly the description and colour DO NOT match the actual product.

Love these wooden blinds
Love these wooden blinds, will be ordering more in the future. Would be nice to have an option on which way the controls go, also be useful to have screw size so I knew which drill bit to use. But thats only little things. Happy with price, good packaging for delivery. All in all very please

Beautiful new Venetian blind
I followed the guidance for measuring up for a new Venetian blind, ordered it and had it delivered and installed. I’m delighted with the blind, it’s a perfect fit and it looks great.

Very happy.
I'm very happy with my blind it fits perfectly and looks amazing . It arrived 2 days late but that was DHL fault they never explained why ! It was packaged very securely is very good quality and excellent value for money.
The only negative is that it arrived was no fitting instructions .

Brackets not received with blinds
Brackets not received with blinds. Emailed and no response. Blinds cost £180 in total, a lot of money for a poor service.
