I called the 800 number to Zerox and got the most illiterate workers on the line on many calls!!
None knew how to help me or transfer me to a Supervisor or Manager!!!
One employee on the phone for Zerox name was “MAX” she toor he kept ask me for a serial number and the machine I have!!!! This foreigner did not know what they were doing but get paid paychecks!!!! I’m offended!!!
Today on 4/15/24 at 3:15pm a ZEROX white mini van driving excess speed of 30 mph in a comerial area deliberately tried hitting a small black car crossing across and had the right to cross!!! This Zerox white mini van sped up and tried hitting this black car!!!
Where’s to complaint phone number to call???

Nous sommes une entreprise et avons une machine de production à plus de 40.000€
Notre machine est bloquée à cause du four qui est HS.... Ils nous donnent 3 semaines de délais pour obtenir ce fameux four. Nous faisons quoi?
Mettre la clé sous la porte? On part en vacances ?
XEROX c'est fini, je ne recommande pas du tout pour les professionnels.

Paid £17,000 for a Versant 180 printer which was new when installed.

The market changed due to Brexit, inflation etc so the machine did only 13,000 clicks & now the lease has been paid I’m told that xerox want to increase my click charge by over 7000% a month or I’ll just have to maintain it myself & pay for toner etc.

I’m told that I’m ‘unprofitable’ and this is why.

I have spent a fortune to get very little in return & was hoping to carry on printing past the lease being paid off to recoup some funds but Xerox are trying to prevent me using it on cost grounds.

I would never buy another Xerox & feel I was defrauded.

Not able to get laptop to let me install the Xerox printer i have - Xerox C310 - I thought I would ring Xerox to see if they could help. Took the serial number and basically said it is out of warranty and we can send you a quote – no help whatsoever and no interest. Contrast this with the experience received from Canon printers – and it isn't difficult to see who my next purchase will be with. PS – Canon didn't even ask how long I had had the computer or even the serial number – just helped…

"We dont offer ANY support outside Warranty". Not even answer a technical question. I have been in IT Support for 25years and this is BY FAR the worst response I have had to a routine question.

Real shame I purchased a printer with their cash back offer. It’s taken weeks and e mails and still no cash received to my bank. What a state this compnay must be in

Avoid at all cost.
We terminated our contracted with the required 3 months notice, the machines where collected some months after the end of the contract in October 2023, which was difficult to store for months in a small business. Now they seem unaware that they have the machines not us, and batting between the service provider and the them as the machine provider, questioning if notice was given. Seems so strange that the 2 parties can communicate when they want to sell a machine, but pull the 'separate entity' line when then want to try and stitch you up with contract jargon. VERY unprofessional and underhand....look elsewhere would be my advise, they are really not worth the hassle that follows.

Imprimante de mauvaise qualité qui ont souvent des pb et alors ne cherchez pas à contacter le support technique je pense qu'il s agit clairement d'emploi fictif vu qu'on vous répond, on vous met en attente et ca raccroche, bref moi j'ai pas besoin de plus, je vais changer d'imprimante, conseil a toutes les grosses entreprises, ne prenez surtout pas Xerox ! si je pouvais mettre 0 je l'aurais fait, 1 c'est déjà trop elevé

Worst customer service possible. As a busy lawyer firm, we've been requesting maintenance for our printer's scanner for 4 months. They first said that our account was blocked, after insisting through many calls with many different agents, it appeared that the account was blocked because of small invoices sent to a wrong email address (around 80CAD total), we changed the email address, paid all invoices we were not aware of and still blocked. The agents tell us to write emails to the customer service email and the customer service email agents tell us to call the customer service. A TRUE NIGHTMARE!

DO NOT BUY. We bought a 6515 workstation some years ago and use Apple computer. WE now would like to utilise more functions on it. Can not update drivers or any firmware via website and web printer page is not compatible. As a home user absolutely avoid. Support pages are awful to navigate and if you have a Mac we don't exist. An expensive mistake.

Never lease a printer through this company. We just completed our 5 years, have paid more than double the cost of buying it, had it dumped off outside at the beginning, no actual install and now they want a fee to collect it at the end.

Comme d'autres je me retrouve coincé avec un contrat reconduit. au moment de l'achat le vendeur c'est bien gardé d'attirer notre attention sur cette clause qui ne me semble pas très légal.
Qui voudrait payer le prix neuf d'une machine d'occasion. Je suis vraiment déçu des services Xerox, sauf notre technicien. Tout cela ressemble à une prise d'otage. Si vous voulez vraiment perdre votre temps, je vous conseil d'essayer de joindre Xerox Financial . Ils n'ont simplement pas de N° de téléphone, pas d'adresse mail.... rien.
Nous avons une Colour 570 depuis 2013, le service de consommables n'a jamais fonctionné correctement, et maintenant que nous avons envoyé en recommandé avec accusé , elle me colle le fameux "code consommables dosés" alors qu'en 11 ans, pas une seule fois elle l'a demandé. Nous avons également la versant 180 machine très bien, mais le SAV au secours, c'est pour celle-ci qu'il veulent reconduit le contrat sous prétexte que nous n'avons pas prévenu 6 mois avant.
Encore une fois déçu, c'est je pense notre dernière collaboration avec XEROX.

Avoid this company at all costs. Commercial printer breaking down constantly. Takes months for them to come out and fix it. So many hidden charges in their contracts hidden away. Very misleading.

They bully you constantly when you threaten to stop payments until the problems are fixed. Add charges without notification. Please please do not do business with this company. You will regret it

Hi everybody,
We purchased the Phaser6510 back at end of 2022. Say we used it as a backup printer as we have a HP 5500 as our primary printer. All in all we had the Phaser for 18months, now out of warranty and it now fails to power up. It cycles the power up sequence constantly. Called Xerox support and wanting £350 for a call out + spares. Called another independent service partner. Came to see the printer and came back with a quote for repair in excess of £600. Spares needed was a ESS board (£409) AND MCU board (£99) + call out charges of £55.
A new printer is around £230, i.e. no parity between a new printer and cost of repair.
Xerox do not recognise the systemic fault of the power system (see xerox forum). I find the printer of utterly bad quality. Mind you I provided a rating of 2 stars due to the print quality is excellent when it works., Never Xerox again! Sorry

I have a small laser printer that automatically duplexes everything. I can't change the setting because there's a password required. I never set up a password on this printer and their experts can't reset this printer to allow me to change the settings. I wish I would have known this would be a problem before buying this horrible printer.

Had a faulty card reader, they sent us a different one which didn't work, after countless support requests made and 6 months later, we are still at square 1.

on est pris pour des baltringues entre le Maroc, la Turquie, Xéroxland, pendant une demi heure au téléphone, 15000 fois on doit répéter la même chose, car on nous passe 15000 interlocuteurs, au final...?
RIEN ! ah si 15000 % encore plus énervée !!!

Service technique catastrophique. Nous possédons une imprimante d'entreprise série 8130 indispensable pour notre bon fonctionnement. Après 15 jours de délai d'intervention, il est toujours impossible d'avoir un technicien ou une aide quelconque !

Bought their xerox versalink b405 all in one for my uncle. its the worst printer I ever bought. Poor guy can't even use it, xerox makes their product so complicated that a person without any technical knowledge can't use their product. I guess their engineers know nothing about user friendliness in their designs.

l'utilitaire scanner de mon imprimante se vide d'un moment à l'autre, j'essaye tout, désinstallation de l’utilitaire, des pilotes, etc..
rien ni fait, et pour finir j'installe l'utilitaire "Scanneur" de Microsoft et là, magie ça marche, mais je n'ai pas toute les fonctionnalité l'original.
je prend contact avec l'assistance de XEROX, ils veulent me faire un devis pour m'écouter.
Un conseil, oublier XEROX, SURTOUT NE PAS ACHETER DU XEROX
