I supported his company on Indiegogo to receive a pair of waterproof headphones and I have never received my headphones. I’ve been in contact with him for three years trying to just get what I paid for and they keep trying to make me jump through hoops in charge me more money. I would never use this company again and they have put such a bad taste in my mouth about crowdfunding. I haven’t done that either in years. Avoid this company at all costs.

Nonexistent customer service and has not honored warranty! I bought a pair for my son for Christmas and less than two months later one stopped working. I have tried to contact customer service every way possible - by email, web form, and on social media - and no one has replied to me in 10 days. They do not offer any phone number. They are supposed to have a 90 day warranty and we are very disappointed. Buyer beware!
False claims and very poor service
I ordered a set of earbuds which came in an opened box and do not hold a charge. I have emailed customer support (the only way to contact them) with no replay. A waste of $85. I would not recommend this company.
Heinous customer service
The company only has an email to be contacted thru.. I ordered xs2 headphones expedited before Christmas and their office is less than two hours from my house.. I haven't even received a working tracking number.. I asked for refund they said " we are working on this"...

Orderd a pair of ai buds .left side must have had a stroke as it didnt work was promised a replacement and am still waiting i ordered on 29 November they finally arrived January but they are rubbish put an ebook on to listen to battery lasted less than 2 and a half hours the cheap ones from china are better value and play for much longer

Bought XS2 earbuds 1 year ago. Always had trouble getting sound from left earbud, and now it won't charge. Customer support has been very slow to respond; 3 weeks and multiple messages just to confirm they had been shipped when I ordered them. Now going on 2 weeks since I contacted regarding earbud not charging. Won't be recommending based on poor customer service response.

This company provides outstanding customer service! I had a small technical issue with my earbuds that kept me from enjoying them to the fullest. Customer service walked me through a series of potential fixes. After much discussion, we figured out that the problem was with my phone, yet they were willing to exchange my earbuds for ones that would work better for me. At every step they were patient, clear, and wanted me to have a five star experience.
Sound nice but glitchy
Update: changed to 1 star because the disconnection glitch has rendered them unusable, I'd rather listen to nothing.

I've had the first gen a year now. They sound decent, nice that they are wireless, never used them in water because why.
But, I wouldnt bring them travelling because they only last 6 hours, and I obviously cant use them while they are charging.
The mic dosnt work which means I cant use them to make calls or anything.
Occasionally they glitch out and every few seconds it skips or mutes for a millisecond which drives me crazy and makes them unusable. Tho this dosnt happen all the time.
Sometimes the left one turns off for no reason.
Pressing the button to pause recently stopped working. Which was already annoying pushing the earpiece into my ear.
At first they didnt fit well in my ear at all, but after a few months I either figured it out or got used it, not sure which.
Overall, they are fine, but expensive. Feels like they need a firmware update. But as these are first gen im assuming my complaints have been fixed...

Waste of money
Purchased 2 months ago. Used several times and had problems. Sometimes both buds worked, other times only one.
Now neither of them work, try to switch on and sometimes they just flash but nothing else other times nothing.
I've sent an email to support and no response.
£100 for a product that is defective, and a support service that doesn't care once you've paid.

I love my aria earbud
I love my aria earbud. They are comfortable and the sound quality is excellent. The base can be improved a bit but otherwise these are very good earbuds especially if you are into sports. I put them into my ears are they stay there now matter how much my head bounces and turn. I recommend these to call people.

I have enjoyed the wireless earphones. I recently ordered a second set but due to covid it did not get delivered. Cielo from customer service was very helpful and followed up to ensure the second set got delivered on time, as they were holiday gifts. Great service and support, as well as product!

I would never recommend anyone to buy earbuds from xfyro.. just ordinary sound and they don't stay inside your ears, always fall down. You have to hold them all the time while using. Waste of money.

Ordered 21 months ago a pair of earbuds, still waiting for delivery. They don't want to refund my money, this is a total scam!
I ordered the xFyro Aria waterproof earbuds in January 2019, which were supposed to be delivered in February 2019. When I found out that the earbuds wouldn't be delivered on time, I immediately asked xFyro (one day after ordering the earbuds) to cancel my order. They told me, that the order was already in shipping process, so cancellation of the order was not possible. Well, we are now end of October 2020 and despite multiple emails, urging xFyro to cancel the order and refund the money, they keep on telling me that they can't do so, shipment will be done soon.... Don't trust this company, it's a total scam.
