Absolutely shocking.

I, along with thousand's of other people, backed this company/product on Indiegogo.
I ordered mine in October 2018 and it is now December 27 2019!!

The earbuds have still not been delivered and i very much doubt they ever will be.
Even if they do miraculously appear, i've now had to buy another brand anyway as i got tired waiting.

Numerous emails have been sent but nothing changes.

Deal with this company at your pearl...

After all this time, I was finally able to pick up the earbuds from my in-law's house in the Netherlands.
Sadly, when I tried to call with the earbuds, the other person in the line says that he or she cannot hear me properly... the quality of the received audio seems to be very low.

Given the long waiting time and the low actual quality of the headphones, at this time I just want my money back. I am willing to send the earbuds back under your company's costs.
Please advise me on the next steps to follow.

Just received the xfryo Orion and it’s an absolute return of my investment. The finish of this product is brilliant, soft, premium, and very sturdy. I tried playing Chester Bennington’s Numb, and it sounds great. I haven’t checked the waterproofing and battery yet, but I can trust xFryo with them. So, full points from my side

I was excited about the xFryo Aria earbuds when I backed them...and after a 8 month delay in receiving them, I was still excited. This was short-lived. These earbuds are just trash.

Points of Failure.

1) Battery life...about 25% of what was advertised.
2) The Charging case does not actually charge the earbuds.
3) The wiring is so poor that these earbuds will randomly turn...for no real reason, thus the limited battery is often dead when you go to use them.
4) The earbud's function buttons are outrageously slow to respond and rarely perform the desired function.
5) The company will lead you to believe that these earbud's can be used for swimming activities. Alas, the second you go sub-surface the Bluetooth connection fails. LUCKILY for the consumer, you CAN drop them in a fishbowl (as marketing indicates), and they won't flood out...but don't expect to hear anything while in said fishbowl.

Long story short, these are not worth any sum of money (which might explain why the company is hocking them at 60% off currently). They do not do what they are reported to do and are just another cheap gofundme/start up sham.

This xFryo device is the first wireless ear pod that I have ever bought. I usually preferred wired set or wireless headphones because of the battery backup and sound quality issues. If it wasn't for her decision, I would have never ordered these ear pods at all. Honestly, I am glad that this time, I agreed with her without any argument. The ear pods are perfect and comfortable. I have been using them for all kinds of daily uses from traveling to gym training, and they cause any problem. So far, I haven't faced any issue with the fitting or ear pains.

xFryo has been my sound system supplier for a really long time. I have tried all their speakers and earbuds, even Aria. The brand has never failed me with anything. They are great with quality, technology prices, and every other thing. Even their delivery service was good. All I am saying is that xFryo is the best shopping spot for quality accessories, definitely the one I will recommend to you guys.

I love to listen to music and bought the Aria set for it, but it didn't work well for me. The earbuds were as good as the claim and even offered more quality than I expects. However, it didn't go well with my ears. I also tried their replacement buds, but they were still too big for my ears. I had to buy a separate bud set for them. Obviously, I can't say it's their fault, but I do think that they should consider tiny ears and come up with some solution for them.

I bought two sets of xFyro ebuds. One each for wife and I.
Started off great (even if I had to chase the order down).
But then one set failed, but the customer service said return them and we will replace.
No issue. As soon as they received mine, they sent a replacement pair.
Second set stopped working. They said “we will replace them”.
Send them by registered post. They arrived. STILL trying to get them to send replacements after a month. No answer to multiple emails.
BE VERY CAREFUL dealing with this company.
If company viewing this, look for request #21290. (Big number huh??)

I was naive enough to trust the xFyro's indiegogo campaign and purchased two sets of wireless earbuds. More that a year later I still only hear "we will get back to you shortly".

A scam of a company. Do not trust them to deliver.

I have heard a lot about xFryo earbuds from my buddies, so I decided to buy one for me. The packaging condition at the arrival was bad. I thought of returning it, but there was no apparent damage to the product box. The earphone was in perfect condition, and they were working great. I talked to the xFryo helpline, and they listed my complaint and even offered a replacement

We bought two bundle set of Arias, one for every one of our friends. We all are using it for sometime now, and not even a single one of us have any complaint about the product. It's a bit pricey, but it served the reliability, and the support xFryo promised.

We friends have a simple rule, work hard and party harder, and this xFryo fits perfectly into our lives. The thing packs some an outstanding chipset that makes it ideal for both official and party works. It never misses a single beat, and there's no crackling sound even at a high volume. So far, so good

The simplest thing that I can say about xFryo is satisfaction. I have bought almost all the product on their site, and each of them is equally good. The only problem I have faced with them is the delivery dates. The last time I ordered Orion and the delivery was late by a whole day.

One of my friends order a bundle pack of Aria and gifted me one of the set. I can't tell you how happy I am with this product. They have a great base quality, sound clarity, and a very good fit. I can wear them without any fear of falling off or losing them. They are just the product I needed

These earbuds are my secret to staying happy and calm all the time. I use them for gym, swimming classes and have tried them with my laptop too. They are state of the art, reliable, high-performing, and very sturdy. Definitely, the best earbuds I have had in my entire life

I've been dealing with the company for nearly 3 months now regarding a purchase of their xs2 earbuds. I received a good product that sounded great for two days. When one bud stopped working (Left bud wouldn't turn on nor will it charge). I contacted the company and explained in detail what was happening, what I was doing prior to the problem, and what TS steps I have taken (including a hard reset). It took days before they responded. Their response was to complete some TS steps (the ones I just completed and outlined in original trouble ticket) and respond. I explained the steps were already completed, so now I have to wait for them to respond to that email.

So, I took to their FB page where they challenged me because I said they didn't have a return policy. They did have a .jpg or .png that said 30 day returns no questions asked, but no page explaining how to make a return (i.e. no return policy). I was then contacted by Justin at xFyro and he said that they would send me postage to send the defective earbuds to them. He immediately rescinded that offer after finding out that I responded to their FB challenge. They deleted my posts and blocked me from commenting or posting on their page because I was "rude."

They said they would refund me if I sent the product back to them, but I would have to pay for the postage. So, since I was in the area, I drove to the address to which I was to return the item. They refused to accept the return because I wasn't an authorized carrier. So, I called my bank and explained the problem. My bank processed a refund and told me to hold on to the defective earbuds. They now occupy a space on a shelf in case xFyro sends me postage for me to return them.

Now, xFyro won't stop emailing me regarding the return. I have told them they had a chance to receive the item, but refused. I have also told them if they send postage, I will send the product. I have no use for their defective gear.

I have been using these ear pods for a few months now, and I don't think I have any actual issue with it. The ear pods company has delivered exactly what they said, and I am satisfied with their services. Even the battery backup and the water-resistant qualities are good. The only reason that I am not giving it five stars is the sound. It has decent sound quality, but the levels are very moderate. I mean they are good for regular uses, but for the people, who like it loud, the sound is a concern. I have to buy an extra set of cups to balance the sound, and after that, it works excellent. So, forget the long search, go for it, they are awesome.

The ear pods are good in terms of fitting, material, and quality. The finish is smooth, and the build is robust. They fit perfectly in the ear and never fall even during extreme movements. Moreover, they are water and sweat-resistant, so swimming, running and other activities are never even a problem. So far, the only issue that I observed is the sound quality. It's not bad or weird, but the sound is moderate. I checked out some internet pages and found that they limit the audio to prevent long-term ear problems. So, unless you are someone who loves loud music and is ready for little compromises, xFryos are good to go.
