Months and months of unexplained delivery. Meanwhile they continue to advertise falsely, and delete all negative comments on social media!
Do not buy!!

This is a scam, do not buy it! Everyone is waiting for 6-10 months and rather than spend money on proper systems to be able to handle existing customers and tell them when they are going to get their ear buds delivered, they’re spending lots of money on attracting new customers and getting reviews. DON’T fall for it. Read a few comments on the indiegogo page…

Plenty of great ear buds out there from companies that don’t treat you like sh** once you’ve paid.

Yes, there was more than 6 month's delay for this company to deliver their product. I received multiple emails with "explanations" which lowered my expectations for their eventual product. The product itself is as disappointing as their competence in controlling their production. The sound is okay, not great. I have tested the "30 hour" battery life and found that it works out to 5. I would never buy this product or from this company again. I'm glad I didn't pay full retail.

I came to know this company through a friend that own a pair of their earbuds. I went online and researched them and then made a purchase of their wireless earbuds. The delivery was fast and being a curious person I unboxed it immediately. I paired it with my Samsung S8 plus and wow! It was an amazing sound came out! The built and design is all I have wished for. I can now do my workout with confidence and fun!

last week I ordered wireless waterproof bluetooth earbuds from xFyro. Recently I got this product, it has all the features that i had read about it. I am really happy to get earbuds and thanks to your delivery service which you have been provided. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

When I received these earbuds I was highly impressed by their quality. The sound is awesome! Seek and replay patterns are easy to use without having to pick up the phone.

Might be a different time since those other reviews I see, but I had no issue with my order and the earbuds work pretty well.

Backed them in Aug 2018, i made a simple enquiry 2 months back. Few days after they cancelled my order and my account, marked my order as refunded when i was not. I emailed them and they stated they removed my account due to a "dispute." Guess what its been 6 months and i've heard no news from them. Worst decision i've made in my life. Donated 116 USD to an unethical Chinese company.

We bought those earphones and after receiving faulty item, in which right piece was loosing connection to Bluetooth very, very frequently we decided to sent them back. We spoke to Xfyro and it seemed to go well but now, more than a month after sending it back they do not reply to our emails and refund never sent. Also, after a week battle about postage refund they agreed to pay $10 but it cost us £13. This product is not any good, customer service is not good! Be careful!

They cahnged my contribution status to refunded so that i cannot write comments. They refused to refund my money.

just like many others purchased in May never received the product. during the campaign they changed or discarded the features they advertised without allowing for refunds. those who did received the item claimed that the earphones did not deliver on promised specs, including battery and use times. wen through my bank to receive my refund, i suggest everyone does the same.

This is a total scam. Ordered and paid for my earbuds in October 2018 on indiegogo and still waiting to receive them at the end of January 2019. There seem to be thousands of people with the same problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS.

no reaction to service requests on top of a very delayed campaign.
I received notification from customs (might be a case in Germany only) that product doesn't fulfill any security or safety specification needed to be traded in Europe. They are on the way back and I asked for refund too as this isn't managed properly that the end customer is receiving a safe product.

The Aria earphones campaign is a total and complete scam. I ordered on June 24th (Contribution Id 4509) and still haven't received anything and so do thousands more customers. They assured me that they refund anytime before backing them and now they refuse to refund. I already told my bank to sue them and get the money back.

3 months behind schedule, very badly managed campaign. Refusing refund. When you do a big marketing campaign, and you lure people in with delivery dates in September, you can expect to get pushback when the product is not as advertised and the delivery dates are not maintained.

My contribution #2546 I ordered in June, I’ve patiently waited and read the updates, and continued to wait, until this last update. You sent out duplicates, you want duplicates returned and those will be sent out to us still waiting?No thank you, I want a COMPLETE refund. I can understand waiting, but waiting on a FAULTY & USED product, NO THANK YOU, REFUND is the only option to “make up for things”. I'll be filing a complaint with my bank, since no one replies to emails, or comments.Ticket#7596

INdiegogo, I've included screen shots, just look at all the comments they are getting, this is such a bad ordeal.  I just want my money back so I can buy NEW ear buds and not wait over 6 months.  Someone PLEASE HELP ME.....   They pick and choose who they reply to, they dont reply to emails, and I did NOT pay $170 to wait 6 months on refurbished products.  Someone should step in to investigate this and help other people from getting swindled. 

Go to their Indiegogo page, read the customer comments, it is a NIGHTMARE!

Be aware of this company - they sell their earbuds on crowdfunding website Indiegogo. Most of the reviews of the products are not at the level/quality they advertise on the site but since its a "Contribution" rather than a purchase, they don't have to refund and they wont. There are a lot of angry backers on Indiegogo. Please read the comments before even think about contribute.
