Desperate to find cream knee high boots but the heel had to be small, (all the other boots I looked at the heels were too big!!)found the perfect pair from XY LONDON such lovely soft leather with perfect - sized heel,the delivery was quick and beautifully packaged and all at a reduced price!!So glad I found them they are gorgeous!!

Be careful when ordering from this site ypu look at the returns policy as I'm down £8.49 and nothing at all to show for my money . The boots I ordered for a size 8 were tiny that's why they were returned .needless to say i wont be shopping here again . 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Lost money with nothing to show for it
I ordered what I wanted for my wedding shoes - satin block heels in a size 8. They arrived promptly, I tried them on and they were way too small, I couldn't even get my toes into them. I returned via a free Royal Mail service collecting from my house and was charged by XY for postage. £6.98 down and nothing to show for it.

Poor Customer Service and mis sold product
Ordered my normal size, both boots are at least 1.5 size smaller. I would never normally leave a negative review however i have messaged on facebook where i brought these to ask why i am to pay postage back on a product thats mis sold and heard nothing back.

Fast delivery and great quality
Ordered my boots at lunchtime and they were dispatched within an hour and arrived the next day... and it was Christmas!! The boots are gorgeous and great quality. Love this company and would definitely recommend. I will be ordering again

The worst experience
It was a horrible experience, the worst I hava had since I buy on internet. You didn't send me the product when I needed it more and, worse, you neglected to tell me that you wouldn't send it anymore (I had to ask you and to wait for an answer), even though you took the money from my account.

Not so good
Unfortunately the boots didn't fit so I am having to return them. This I am finding extremely difficult due to all Evri parcel return depots are already full and not taking back any more parcels. So all in all not a good experience.
