Professional polite service

The advisor who I spoke to this afternoon, was very helpful and understanding, about my financial issues and my whole situation. He provided me to other helpful organizations, who are able to support me as well, even me been entitled to extra money to help me with my financial situation. I would recommend Yes Energy.

Kevin, the advisor was really helpful, professional and informative. He took the time to listen to any concerns I had around my energy provider, and offered great advice on how to keep my home warm. His knowledge was second to non and his customer care was on that same level. I was asked if I minded my data being processed by AI to which I refused, purely on the basis of principle and safety. I object to my data being used in such a way as to never be processed, acknowledged or interpreted by any other than a human. Besides, if you allow AI to control information, you will eventually never be able to speak to any actual person, and will not get the customer service from representatives such as Kevin

Luke rang me at the time I'd been advised. He was friendly and helpful. He took the time to search for any help I might be entitled to and actually listened to my concerns. Unfortunately, as I live in a park home, this is something the Government doesn't seem to consider very much when coming up with their various schemes. How much help I'll be able to get is up for debate, but I can't praise Luke highly enough for his understanding of my problems.

The phone call was very helpful. Not entitled anything. We have been referred to the Citizen Advice bureau to see if my husband entitled to attendance allowance.

I have experience frustration and stress waiting for their call for more then a month and finenaly when they called they said they cannot help and offered to refere me to someone else, I couldn't go through the stress again so I rejected that.
Waisted my time and energy.

I was happy with every aspect of the procedure. In agreement with most other reviewers, I was impressed with the great care shown by all of the people. both the folk whom I saw at my home as well as those whom I did not see, but who were pleasant and polite over the 'phone. Over all it was a good experience.
