A 'Cadent YES' call from your representative yesterday was in response to a request to check my excess energy situation incurred over a period of time during the winter when family members came to stay.
I can't recommend highly enough the quality of the service YES provided offering energy support and excellent advice and guidance.
I was notified beforehand about a planned phone call.
Their in depth assessment was both professional and friendly. He also ensured that I was fully aware of other available help. The call was followed up with an online survey to help pursue this advice. I was asked to leave a review. Was supposed to have a call today. Never happened as I had received an email to say they would send advice instead. Then I get another email from the person I was supposed to have the call with asking me to leave a review. A review on what. They never contacted me .
