I’d like to say a big thank you to Joanne, the representative who helped me get my under-sink plumbing issues sorted. She was incredibly thorough, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process, making what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable.

I’d also like to give a huge thanks to the plumber from Bradford who came out to fix the problem. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved properly in my home. His hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed.

Can’t even pay rent on the official website.keeps crashing. Can’t set up a direct debit without giving info to a questionable person. Yet I’m sure I’ll be the bad guy the one in the wrong.

Amazing experience

Advertised as a charitable housing association. However, the quality of emails are borderline rude and not very empathetic. I believe the organisation is misleading.

Customer service is excellent big shout to Abid Hussain. Who made my experience very pleasant he understood my frustration and made every efforts to help me with issues i was facing . Very knowledgeable person Courteous and polite

They really made an effort to help me.

I'd give more stars if I could. My Mum has lived in Wards Hill Court, Batley for over twenty years. Since Adele (Warden) and Grace (her boss) have been involved they have been nothing short of amazing. As I live 2.5 hours away it is so reassuring to have these ladies looking out for my Mum. Goes above and beyond great service!

I am so happy and grateful to be given a home. I was dealt with by a lovely member of staff, Ellie Moxon. She was so great and understanding to my personal needs. She really listened to me and showed compassion and respect towards me and my needs.

It takes a really unique person to care for others and to think about their feelings and needs. For the first time in 9 months I felt listened to. I would also like to praise Yorkshire Housing as a company for their great service and care towards their tenants. The whole experience has been smooth, organised, and positive. It’s clear they truly care about helping people find a home and feel comfortable.

On the 28th I spoke to Carolyn from Yorlshire Housing Reception, I would like to thank and Acknowledged, Carolyn in her professional, polite and kind attitude in assisting me with some issues,Carolyn was very patient with me and very,sympathetic, I feel that Carolyn deserve a recognition of the professional attitude, towards myself.

The housing coordinator Mollie french i commend your hard work today ,you are highly appreciated ,you have made the process so easy and im overwhelmed with joy to know im getting a bunglow ,its a deep relief without the barrier of stairs i feel i will be able to finally live rather than just surviving in a space that was not suitable for me . Yorkshire housing have gone out of their way to solve my problems ,im so extremely excited thankyou xxx
