No nonsense when I bought the car and friendly staff. Reasonable price. Most importantly, they honoured their warranty when I had a clutch hydraulics failure. I would buy from this company again.

I recently purchased another vehicle from Yournextcar, the whole experience was extremely positive. The car was exactly like the pictures and in great condition. I brought a bmw 4 series black grand coupe. I can honestly say, if high class customer service had a face. It would be the staff and friendly workforce at YNC. When I originally came down on a late Sunday afternoon I was greeted by a wonderful young man called Zayn who was actually at that time finishing his shift. He asked if I had an appointment in which I didn’t and he still took his time out to show me around the car I had in mind. The car I wanted was in the back of the showroom. Zayn then kindly went out of his way to contact Waseem who then came to the showroom and moved the other cars to get my car out for a test drive. My 4 series has been running amazingly no problem what so ever. Before I collected my 4series Naeem kindly changed the alloys of my choice and went through all details and non of the friendly staff were pushy even in the slightest bit. The right advice and details where given and I collected my car the next day. Amazing service and amazing advice. Would highly recommend YNC. Will definitely be going back when I upgrade it.

The first time dealing with YNC we purchased a beautifully looked after car for a really good, reasonable price for the car we bought. The guys there were really friendly and didn’t push at all. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from YourNextCar in 3 years. All have been great quality and value for money. The high level of customer service and attention to detail cannot be underestimated with these guys. Yes I could probably find a vehicle if similar age and mileage elsewhere but I can’t do what these guys do with unique but OEM look styling. I know of nowhere else you can pitch up and have a massive range of stunning vehicles available for same day hassle free drive away. Very highly recommended.

I’ve never had such a smooth car purchase experience before. All the members of the YNC team were very helpful and attentive without being pushy. At other organisation you often get people who say “can I help you” but then don’t help you. All the YNC staff I met were very helpful and always came back with an answer or sought out someone that could help.

I was also impressed by their paperless “paperwork” to transfer ownership and also ensuring the car was taxed. Very efficient and slick.

I’ve been searching for a while for a BMW 3 Series and came across YNC. Truly a dream experience! From the beginning to when I was viewing their cars on YouTube to actually viewing the car in person. Let me tell you when I say they have absolutely stunning high spec cars. We were running late on the day to pick up the car but Waseem was lovely enough to wait for us travelling from London which was a 2hr journey and it was near to their closing time! The effort these guys put in truly made it all worth it. Oh and btw, I had a specific rim that I really liked and Waseem was happy to get them changed! And I was very specific about the hub cap and he happily changed them and sent pictures. What a smooth sailing experience from start to finish with top communication. I asked quite a few questions and had some concerns on the day but Waseem was happy to answer all of them. Highly recommend YNC and I’ll definitely be coming back again in the future.

I found the car I was looking for here via Autotrader, after messaging YourNextCar I got a very fast response with answers to my questions. They offered me a fair price for my Part Ex and the car was secured quickly with a small refundable deposit. Upon arrival and test drive I found the car was exactly as advertised, the sales team extremely friendly and helpful. All paperwork completed quickly and I drove the car away within an hour of arrival. Highly recommended.

As a retired sales and marketing director I should recognise good customer service when I see it. The customer service experience I have just had with My Next Car wasn’t good, it was exemplary.
Jamie was my principle contact, aided and supported by Mr Hussain the owner, Ash the initial Sales Executive I dealt with and Madasa who delivered the Porsche Panamera to us some 180 miles away from their premises. Without exception they were professional and courteous every inch of the way.
Jamie and I agreed a list of items to be actioned in relation to the car ranging from a new windscreen to confirmation of works undertaken by Porsche Cambridge during the major service they had just completed on the car and rectification of some minor paintwork damage to the drivers door. Incredibly Jamie then offered to have the car detailed both inside and out - he even offered to include the engine bay in this work.
I could justify using the word exemplary at this point but they hadn’t finished yet. The arrangement of funds took some 5 days, during this time Jamie supplied the relevant information and delivered progress reports including pictures and video footage at each stage of the works some of which were performed over a bank holiday weekend.
I contacted Jamie to let him know that the funds were in place at 2.00 in the afternoon. Unexpectedly he and Madasa offered to deliver the car the very same day.

I’ll finish by sharing the notion that there is a difference between good service and what I’ve just experienced. These people are driven to put smiles on faces.

I just want to say a big thank you to Waseem, I purchased my new BMW Gran Coupe yesterday and the service he provided was absolutely fantastic. I drove up to Nottingham from London and was not disappointed. The car was just as the description and the whole service was perfect. I would highly recommend Wassem of YNC...
