I bought a 420d from these guy’s over a year ago but due to a recent change in circumstance, I’ve sold the car back. The process whilst buying the car was quick and easy and so was selling the car back. Not only did they offer a very good price but Waseem also kindly paid for an Uber out of his own pocket to drop me off at the train station. The customer service is second to none and the stock of cars is of the highest quality I’ve ever come across. I cannot recommend these guy’s highly enough but go and check it out for yourselves and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to Waseem, Naqeeb, Naseeb and everyone at Your Next Car. BMW 420i M Sport Auto Convertible. After having looked at quite a few of these in the search for my dream car I finally came across this one at YNC which was described as stunning and - after a horendous drive up from south of London - finally arrived to see that it truly was!! I have had brand new cars before and this car was as well presented as a new car would look. I am thrilled to bits with it and already have had many compliments from neighbours and even total strangers, it's a real head turner! Highly recommended!!! Saw car online we liked arranged a viewing and all the guys there were so helpful and happy. Stuck to there word with the part ex quote and sorted all the paperwork out for us, even gave the car an extra clean before we drove away. All the guys there were super helpful and friendly. Brought a Range Rover sport 36k ,engine completely failed after 7 1/2 months , they gave us a year’s platinum warranty then we paid £1400 extra for another 2 years warranty to extend it to 3 years , your next car and also the warranty wouldn’t cover the engine and couldn’t give a damn about trying to help us sort it out , we were told warranty would cover everything but wear and tear and completely covered big things like engine and suspension, what a bloody con , avoid this place like the plague we ve ended up in debt because of the lies we got fed , more fool us some might say but the blokes in the garage were so convincing , we traded in a immaculate Range Rover evoque , feel a bloody prat to be honest getting sucked in by there lies

Naqeeb called to offer a price on my car, it was £2k more than trade in and £3k more than other well known buyers. I asked to have it done next day, he left a deposit immediately and arranged for Craig to collect the car. Craig arrived bang on time,friendly courteous and very professional. He went over the car in detail, called Naqeeb and the money was in my account. No quibbles or re negotiation, all done just as they said. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, good old fashioned good service. 👍

Absolutely brilliant service and even though I had to wait a couple of days to exchange my car for the 4 series BMW, it was well worth the wait. Having travelled down to Nottingham from Wigan,Waseem was only to happy to save me another 200 mile round trip and delivered the vehicle for me. Can't fault these guys and they have some lovely looking cars. If you want a nice BMW then give YNC a whirl.

Excellent customer service, really friendly team especially brother Wasim. If you are looking to buy a bmw you have to come here, better than bmw dealerships it self.
