Do not appointment this company as district energy provider
If you are a management company looking to appointment Yuno energy heat, DO NOT DO THIS for the sake of your tenants. This review comes after months of discussion with customer services who were not able to help me with a huge outstanding bill that they left me with after poor management of tenancy change overs and addresses, a basic competency of a district heating company. After speaking to many others in my development, including the management company, there are so many stories of the same thing happening to other tenants, but we are stuck with the incapable company. Please reconsider using them, this is the worst experience I have ever received from an energy company after living in multiple companies.

Rohan in customer service was very helpful in explaining my bills and energy usage. He was also patient to listen and understand all questions I had as a first time customer. It’s only been a month of using Yuno and I have had no troubles so far.
