I ordered an extra large floor lantern one day from Za Za Homes & it arrived the following day which was brilliant. The lantern is a lovely statement piece, exactly as described & is of excellent quality & value for money. Special mention to Steve whose customer service skills were exceptional & very much appreciated. Would highly recommend this business.

Absolutely in love with my new wicker coffee table! I’ve bought many products from Zaza Homes over the years and continue to return because of both the quality and the timelessness of their designs. Everything feels beautifully considered and fits in perfectly in my home.

I’ve also used several Zaza Homes pieces in professional interiors photoshoots, including their bar stools, lanterns and wicker chairs, and they always photograph beautifully. More recently, I’ve used their oil torches in some of my garden video shoots, where they add such a lovely sense of ambience and a warm, atmospheric glow.

The quality, styling and attention to detail are consistently excellent, and Zaza Homes is always one of the first places I look when sourcing beautiful pieces for both my own home and styling projects.

Purchased a Lyon rattan stool at £165, delivered quickly. The stool was solid however the the legs had inconsistent finishing, with some edges being smooth while others are noticeably rough. There were also visible gaps and filler around several of the joints, which spoilt the overall appearance and gave the impression of poor workmanship. It looked cheap and awful.
I contacted the seller to be told they were surprised as they had no complaints before and all stools looked like this. I find it hard to believe no one would notice this and be happy. After a few emails the seller arranged for a courier to collect.
I was disappointed as I really liked the stool but at £165 would expect a much better finish. Wish I could upload the photos I have to show how poor it

Update: I have read the seller's response to my review and feel I should clarify that I have no agenda in leaving this review. I simply wanted to share my honest experience of the stool I received and my reasons for being disappointed with the finish.
I appreciate that the seller ultimately arranged collection and provided me with a full refund. However, I stand by my original comments regarding the quality and finish of the stool I received.
I was genuinely disappointed as I really liked the stool and would have happily kept it had I been satisfied with the finish. My review is simply my honest experience and opinion of the product I received.

Just amazing, thoughtful and personal customer service. I ordered the wrong thing and needed to return it. Steve at the office picked up the phone within a few rings, answered emails swiftly and nothing was too much trouble. They are a rural business selling beautiful homewares, that are meticulously checked before dispatch, and following this experience they can be assured of repeat business from me!

We ordered 4 teak garden armchairs and they arrived within 48 hours. The chairs are first class and so was the service I received when I had contacted them over a query I had.

Had been looking at garden stools for a while and came across this site. Was a little wary at first as I was not familiar with the site. I sent an email querying delivery times and hey presto I had an actual PHONE CALL to explain everything. WOW - will definitely purchase from this company again, we love our stools and so nice to purchase from a UK based company !!!!

One chair was damaged in transit. But it was replaced first thing, the next day. Takes calls, responds quickly. Great customer service. Product quality excellent.

The most beautiful, premium items. I adore this brand! Everything from the customer service to the delivery and packaging, everything is spot on (i dont think ive ever received a delivery packaged so well!!!). Ive got both lanterns and island stools from them now and the quality really is incredible. Nowhere else on the high street compares to them! Their products are built to last. 10/10 as always! ZaZa homes were amazing quick deliver the stools are perfect and so comfortable get lots of comments on the style and how comfy they are .. the perfect height for a kitchen island.

I came across Zaza Homes' website a few months ago because I was looking for stools for my new kitchen. I bought the wicker kitchen chair in Natural because of the design. And it was exactly as described. I was so impressed with how sturdy and well built the chair was that I contacted them this week to buy another. Lainey couldn't have been more helpful - from organising my order, providing a price reduction, colour matching and delivering within a couple of days.

Lovely bench looks gorgeous with our dining table. Exactly as described and great quality.

From order to delivery Za Za Homes were fabulous. There was only 2 days from order to delivery of 4 stools to the Scottish Highlands, amazing.
