Excellent! I cannot recommend this company enough. I have been shopping at Zazahomes for years and the quality is outstanding. The products not only are really expensive looking and finish off a room perfectly, the price of the items are also exceptional. The Provence bench I recently purchased is just over £150 for the large when you sign up for your first order. Half the price what I thought it would be .

We bought a set of four wicker bar stools for our kitchen. They looked great on the website and even better in real life. Shipping was fast to Northern Ireland, which isn't always the case. The stools are great quality and fit our kitchen perfectly.

When we did raise an issue with one of the stools - some broken wicker - the service could not have been better. Friendly, clear and frequent communication, and the issue resolved smoothly and with no fuss.

Ordered the new Lyon bar stools and was so impressed with communication, the very fast delivery and the incredibly high quality of the stools, no assembly needed, just solid, beautiful stools! They get complimented all the time too- couldn’t rate any higher!

I have been very happy with my Za Za experience. I spoke with Zara re purchasing a large bedhead and she was extremely flexible re finding a mutually convenient delivery date and time and in fact delivered it herself. There was a communication error with a smaller item - largely because I bypassed the standard process - and once again this was dealt with personally by Zara and sorted immediately. Excellent customer service!!

I came across zaza homes via a home account on social media and forever glad I clicked on the link that day.

I purchased the gorgeous natural wicker at stools for my kitchen island. However, it appears I'm useless with a tape measure and I foolishly ordered the incorrect size. Zara was ever so understanding and assured me they had the shorter ones becoming available and was ever so accommodating in me swapping the stools. They have a very warming and friendly approach and to discover they were so local was even more of a bonus for me.

I've never appreciated furniture as much as I have these stools. They are beautiful in our freshly built barn conversion, so sturdy and comforting that even my 6 year old loves to sit on them at any opportunity.

I'm so glad I found zaza homes and will be sure to be making more purchases in the near future!

I have just purchased 4 x wicker (natural) kitchen stools from ZaZa Homes. I spent months looking for stools until I saw these ones.

I have been extremely impressed with ZaZa Homes. I left a message to ask about the suitability of the height of the stools with my island and received a phone call the next morning to discuss. I received the stools within 48 hours (delivered within the one hour scheduled slot). They were packaged extremely well (actually took me quite some time to unwrap!)

They are comfortable, sturdy, good quality and exactly as I had hoped they would be. They look great and are just the final touch for my kitchen!

I have bought several items from Za Za homes over the years & particularly recently for my new refurbished houses.
Wicker Bench - Stools & Poufe - Occasional Table & the lovely space saving clothes hanging rails. They are all a great addition to my rooms. Excellent quality& service !

We bought a teak vanity from Zaza Homes and wish we hadn't. One door was split, both doors warped and not cut square so won't close, the screws for both handles were bent and when screwing the top down the side split. It's not solid wood, so when you drill holes for the drain and taps the layers of wood burst. Unfortunately we had it too long before we fitted it and couldn't return it. It's so bad it will have to be scrapped.
