So we did application and sent bank statements. Then we get an offer that is awaiting approval. The sales person was very fast at answering emails and was fast to tell us don't worry we don't need to look at other loan company offers. Then underwriting emails and said denied. I understand credit score is not very good. So we emailed sales person, he just left us out to hang. I guess if you perfect credit they love you, but you don't pass there first test you're dead to them. Will never use this company in future it just goes to show all they want is your money, worst company to deal with. Move on and go to a different company. Thanks for showing true colors before we signed up with you. Here is sales person name Mark Tadros.
