Fantastic UK company. Good quality saunas. Customer services are knowledgeable, helpful and always contactable.
I can’t recommend highly enough!

After extensive research we decided to have an outdoor sauna built by Zoki. We wanted to incorporate a shed and sauna in the same built and, whilst the changing room is over engineered and insulated for shed storage, it was important to us to have a good sauna and one structure.

We went up to Birmingham to visit Zoki and we were glad we did. It gave us a better understanding of the quality, components and the company.

We were surprised to learn that the structure comes without flooring but we were given clear information as to what was needed as a base as well as for electrics. When we had a question Alex/Justin were to hand to help.

Build/delivery time was faster than initially expected, for which we were grateful.

The team came and installed the structure in about 6 hours. They were clean and efficient.

We were given clear care instructions and have since painted the structure with the recommended Cuprinol Shades (urban slate) and also used V33 High Protection Woodstain for Exterior Wood, Light Oak, for contrast.

We have only been able to use the sauna a couple of times now but are very happy with it. Hoping to get more use out of it soon.

I'm very rarely impressed with companies I buy from these days. Zoki are different and a breath of fresh air.
I previously purchased a MyoMaster Sauna who had great advertising but are selling a pack of lies. Their sauna was cheap, Chinese made and did not live up to any of the claims - and even worse was unsafe.
This lead me to Zoki who i managed to find online.
I emailed them with a huge list of questions from all my learns. The owner called me and took his time to run through them all in detail and actually explain where the wood comes from, how the insultation works and the best heater combo with the sauna size. You instantly know that Zoki know their stuff and what I love is that they wont sell you something that they know will not meet expectations. For example I wanted a glass door for the outside Sauna. The owner told me they would not do that and explained in detail why and there was no compromise. This is to ensure the Sauna meets expectations and does not break.
The sauna i bought was slightly more expensive than the heavily marketed Myomaster Sauna but it was worth every penny. The wood quality is far superior, the way the wood joins is far superior, the insultation - it actually has some (and I can say that this sauna stays hot for hours after the heater goes off), the Havia heater is top of the range compared to a Chinese one, the stones are high quality, the roof and insultation are high quality, the build quality is far superior (I can tell this sauna will last years vs 6 months if I was lucky with the previous one), the customer service is brilliant, the installation by the team was brilliant.
I have been using it a week and I am so happy that I swapped the previous one for the Zoki. At the end of the day a Sauna is a health product and should improve it, not put you at risk like the cheap ones with varnished wood and glue everywhere. I feel very confident that this sauna is safe and will improve my health and I will use it for many years. Thank you to Zoki and the team for restoring my faith in British businesses.
The only thing that I find a real shame is that the company doesn't have the marketing to compete with all the terrible Sauna companies on Instagram and Tick Tock that are making lots of sales of crap products and if Zoki had the same level of marketing and awareness they would wipe the floor with this other businesses.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was great throughout, the team arrived exactly when promised and had our indoor sauna built and ready to use in no time. We’ve been enjoying it every day ever since! Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

We decided on an outdoor Zoki sauna after much research and lengthy discussions with a friend who is in the sauna business. Definitely a great choice of sauna and the installers arrived when they said they would, and were really informative and efficient. The customer support team always phoned back with replies to our queries and were very helpful. A great organisation to deal with and I would highly recommend them. As the sauna is new I cannot comment on longevity or maintenance, but it is so simple to use and we are already feeling the relaxing benefits and peaceful space away from the daily grind.

The team were very helpful and informative lwhen they installed it and the after-care was brilliant too.

My only recommendation would be to design a light switch separate to the main switch that connects to an isolator. This way you can leave the isolator on and turn the light switch off rather than having to switch the isolator off on every time you use the Sauna 

From first discussion to quotation nothing was too much trouble for the Zoki team. My traditional outdoor sauna and changing room was installed last week, great job by the guys who did the fitting.
The quality of the materials used and the build is in my opinion far superior to other saunas on the market

This a really excellent company and sauna. They were very helpful when I visited their factory to see their saunas firsthand. Their preparatory work to get the dimensions correct was meticulous. They arrived when promised and the installation was very good. I then decided that I would have preferred a stove with external controls and they made that change, for a modest charge, a few weeks later. I am really delighted with the sauna and use it 2-4 times per week. I do recommend the external controls - easier to set and it has more precise temperature control. Also the stove with built-in controls has a slight whirring sound from the on/off/timer switch which can distract from the otherwise silence of the sauna! I highly recommended Zoki.

We are really delighted with our two person traditional outdoor sauna. The quality of the build and materials used has exceeded our expectations. The installation team was really professional, courteous and helpful. The whole buying process from first enquiry to installation has been seamless. We took Zoki’s advice on windows and are so pleased that we did. The sauna heats up really quickly and looks fantastic. So good to see a UK company manufacturing its own products and providing great customer service. We paid a little more to have the required base made by Zoki rather than doing it ourselves and we’re glad we made that decision.

From my first enquiry to the post installation care, each member of staff were approachable, friendly, helpful and professional. Unlike some of their competitors, Zoki weren’t pushy nor attempted any hard sell. They listened to me and catered to my needs accordingly and not once did they make me feel like I was being “too much trouble”, regardless of how many times I contacted them.
The quality of the infra red sauna itself is top notch and the installing engineers were fab……kind, courteous and with great attention to detail!
I had the debut sauna session on the first day of installation and I’m finding it everything that I was expecting and more!

From start to finish there was attention to detail. Location, quality of the base required, position of door and location of power source.
Installed by two professional gentlemen, very good quality and standard of workmanship.

We just had our Zoki outdoor sauna installed a couple of weeks ago after our previous Chinese made barrel sauna fell apart.
This new sauna is in a totally different class to the barrel sauna. We are so impressed with the quality of materials and construction as well as the attention to detail. I can hardly believe how little it cost compared to the competition, especially when the price included two fitters (one of whom is a director in this family business) travelling about 170 miles from Birmingham and back again, to complete the perfect installation in a matter of a few hours. I can confirm that the insulation of this cabin is extremely effective and the thermostatically controlled heater seems to spend much of the time off after the initial heating up. Communication from the office was excellent and my queries were handled in a timely manner.
I have no hesitation in recommending this firm wholeheartedly should you be in the market for a traditional outdoor sauna.

All of this was done with the utmost genuine professional and friendly manner. Even down to moving the delivery date forward by agreement.

On the day of the delivery the team did a fantastic job and fully explained to operating procedure and construction details of the sauna.

After much research, we were delighted to find a local manufacturer and supplier for our infrared sauna. We visited their showroom/factory, got lots of helpful advice, and being able to sit in their display saunas helped us to decide what we really wanted, as oppose to what we thought we wanted. Really love that they manufacture their own products, very knowledgeable staff, helpful and efficient. Communication with the company was always easy, and they kept us fully informed re progress. The finished 2-person sauna is brilliant, and looks perfect in our garden room, we are now enjoying our saunas and looking forward to all the health benefits. Once I found Zoki among a huge range of other providers, I quickly decided I wanted to work with a company based in the UK who manufactured their own products. Most others seemed to be importers. They always returned calls and emails promptly and provided clear help and support throughout. The installers arrived on time and did a great job.

We ordered an outdoor sauna from Zoki after a fair bit of research. The company gets deservedy solid good reviews and after speaking to the friendly member sof the team it became clear that they were our supplier of choice. Communication throughout was clear and when it came to installation they crew that turned up were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Using the sauna has been great, simple to use, but we feel great when we emerge.
