From start to finish Zoki have been brilliant. My husband just happened to stumble across them and due to positive reviews we decided to plump for them to fit our Sauna. Natasha was incredibly patient and helpful as we had lots of questions and she must have dreaded us calling her but she was so helpful and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. The two fitters were brilliant, they have done a fantastic job. We are really impressed with the quality of the sauna. It is very well built. A great purchase and one that we will be using for many years to come!! Thank you 🤩

Super service. From start to finish the communication with the people was excellent. Helpful and cheerful in approach, they were easy to speak to and they went into detail about the process. Delivery and set up was great. The med wer quick, polite and efficient. The only sign they had been was the beautiful sauna left behind.

Zoki’s really went out of their way to ensure that my infrared cabin sauna was absolutely perfect for me. Nothing was too much and everything was done exactly on time… despite me being a somewhat high maintenance customer! I would definitely recommend them to anyone, they really know their stuff and the result in my case is the best infrared sauna I’ve ever been in (inc. 5 star spa resorts, etc). We are delighted with our little sauna. It is like a tardis and seems so much roomier inside than out.

Had the sauna now for 2 weeks love it! build quality is fantastic.
the only issue people might have when ordering ,is that they have to construct the base for the sauna? not sure why this is. This wasn"t a problem for me ,but you will have to factor this in as an addition cost to the sauna.

I’ve had my outdoor Zoki sauna for a couple of months now. There’s a few things to consider when offering a review: 1. Is the company decent: The company helped me through the purchase process. Polite, informative and a pleasure to deal with. 2. Do they do what they say: The install was professional and I was kept updated at all time in the lead up. The installers were great. 3. Does it perform as promised: Absolutely brilliant. Excellent product. 4. Do they care: Again, great company. Offered aftercare advice when asked. Down to earth.

I found Zoki to be great to deal with, very patient (as we kept on pushing back our installation) but they always kept us informed. The Sauna has now been installed and looks great. Realy stylish but also robust. I've yet to properly use it (as we are completing a large house renovation) but I can't wait!

Excellent service - visiting the showroom, choosing the sauna, delivery and fitting of the sauna. Everything went smoothly with very good communication. The Finnolme series 2GC looks stylish and is lovely to use. The build quality is great with fully insulated roof and walls are all around (many kit versions we looked at only used single layer wood against internal walls). I have no hesitation in recommending Zoki Saunas."

Due to space limitations we needed a custom made outdoor sauna. ZOKI was very helpful with building a sauna that fitted perfectly into our garden space. On the day of delivery and installation it took less than 3 hours to do. Since then we have used the sauna many times, it is pure joy.
ZOKI saunas are solid made to our requirements, perfectly delivered and installed.
I only can highly recommend ZOKI saunas for anybody!

One of the best companies I've ever dealt with. They're incredibly professional and offer a truly quality product at a fair price, but they're still small enough to give you personal service. You're straight on the phone with them if you ring and it's the same people you speak to each time.

The 4 person outdoor sauna they built us is just what we wanted, heats up to hot temps very quickly and stays hot, and is beautiful inside and out! Everything from ordering to installation went incredibly smoothly. We can't be happier.

If you want a Sauna, look nowhere else (especially not at a cheap barrel one...)

I am delighted with my 5/6 person outdoor sauna.
It is a good value, well made useable product. The installation team were excellent and the purchase process was reassuringly thorough.
My advice is to go as big as your budget and space will allow.
Lovely to deal with real people at the end of a phone.

This is our second built in sauna we have purchased from Zoki, the first being an infra red the second one being a traditional one.

We was given a quicker lead time due to being a previous customer.

The guys arrived to install on the agreed date and gave us a demonstration on how to use it.

We now have finished building it in and are over the moon.

If we ever move again and have room it will definitely be a Zoki Sauna.

Words cannot properly express my joy about my sauna and the exemplary, exceptional customer service from Zoki Sauna's. I was born in Finland and have experienced sauna's in all shapes and sizes throughout my life, and I've always wanted one. So it was an essential buy for a big birthday. Everyone I've sent photos to around Scandinavia and the Nordic countries is very impressed (they were a bit dubious about it when I told them this was going to happen due to the lack of sauna tradition in the UK). But I made sure I did my homework... over 5 years previous to my purchase I studied all the companies in the UK, the reviews, calling them, and talking to different people about the build quality, service etc. I talked to people in Finland and asked them for their recommendations.

Zoki always came up as the best, and after talking to Justin and the team when the time came to put in my order Zoki was the obvious best choice and they have lived up to that decision time and time again. This sauna is by far the best purchase ever and will see years and years and years of good use with love, laughter, relaxation and stress relief - the latter already making a huge impact.

The process of purchase found me like a small child at Christmas - my anticipation and eagerness plentiful and step by step throughout the process Zoki and the team were good to their word and very enthusiastic with me in always responding to my many queries and always precise in their correspondence.

I've had the sauna for 9 months now - as with all good things I felt I would really try it out before reviewing. I can honestly say this is one of the best sauna's I've ever had. What were the others? In Finland at a 300 year old smoked sauna and a couple belonging to relatives that are wood burning and very impossible to have here due to their age. So I hope that's saying something to how good a Zoki sauna is. I have had a 'sauna inspector' relative from Finland visit and they agreed it is the best outdoor electric sauna they have had and they own two and have had 70 years of sauna experiences!

Why is it so good?
-The build quality.

-The stove - straight from Finland.
-The plentiful sauna stones.
-The type of wood used.
-The light - a sauna has to have a good light - but also the location of it, it is just so well thought out.
-They gave it a 'service of sorts at my request after 6 months to check everything'
-The window quality (an additional feature)
-The base (I took the base option)
-The bucket
-The ladle
-The thermometer
-The sand timer
-The vent
-The electricity bill - not much, and less than feared, and the speed of warming up.
-The recommendations of how to look after it and care for it which I do with love.
-All traditional Finnish design.

I have spent my sauna experiences studying the impressive workmanship and details.

The impeccable customer service quality from Zoki and the team with every question I have answered given with care and enthusiasm.

This all has led to the most impressive enjoyment of all, the thing that a true Finnish sauna must have, that makes it a proper experience. This sauna has incredible löyly. Absolutely exceptional löyly.

After ordering our Infra Red sauna we were given a date for installation. The Sauna was delivered and installed on the agreed date. The installation was both efficient and professional and completed in under 2 hours. Our sauna is for one person and we had an extra heating element installed in the roof, which I would recommend.The standard of finish of the sauna is excellent and having used the sauna now several times I can confirm it is HOT!! We are very pleased with our purchase. I would definitely recommend a Zoki sauna.

Purchased our Zoki sauna over a year ago. Delivered to Northern Ireland obviously in knocked down form for self assembly which, due to simple to follow instructions,I assembled in about 4 hours.
Excellent piece of kit. Would definitely recommend this company for their professional and competent operations.
