I had to re-install my OS for my Mac, The support given by Karl and Steve at Zoom4U to assist with re-installing my MS Office for Mac was first class. Would use this company again.

Reading other comments, I was a little concerned about purchasing Software from Zoom4u, but I have to say the price was unbeatable, and now over 12 months after making my purchase, I had a problem reinstalling the software after my hard disk crashed, and they were both quick to reply and willing to help! I cannot fault their Customer Service, so if you are wondering about it, I can totally recommend purchasing software from Zoom4u!

Had a problem with reactivating my Office package after a Windows update then a problem with Accessing Word both Steve and Kush were absolutely brilliant they persevered with me trying different solutions and they managed to fixed it for me in the end, what stars.

I would highly recommend Zoom4u for the customer service alone and I would add that it was over a year ago I purchased this and the service was still top marks.

Had a problem with the installation of office and emailed the sales team and got a response within the hour which sorted out the issue.

Real old fashioned service like from a time when people truly cared.
My initial software purchase experience was good and I had been very pleased using it. Unfortunately about 10 months after the purchase and nothing to do with Zoom4u, one of the Windows 10 automatic updates completely wiped out my computer. To get it working again meant reformatting the hard disk with the loss of all my software and data (fortunately the latter was backed up). Zoom4u were excellent and got me up and running again.
You often only find out how good a supplier really is when things go wrong and how they react. Zoom4u were excellent.

I needed a quick download of Office and due to my own error, selected the wrong one. The customer service was brilliant, such quick replies and ensured my problem was fixed as quickly as possible. From what I could see, very reasonable prices too.

Would definitely use again.

I was searching the web for a software programme and came across Zoom4U, they had the best price on the net. BUT no only was the price great, they also then upgraded me free of charge to the newest release

terrible from start to finish I cant believe the reviews are legit Id swear blind its a scam site..no order confirmation payment taken and no delivery ..no phone number for contact ..DO NOT USE.
