"Excellent service. I recently bought office mac. It took me 5 weeks before I got around to trying it. The bundle was very easy to use, and they paid for shipping. I had a new, working computer with office, in a little more than a week.
The only downfall of Microsoft Office for Mac is that it wasn’t developed with Mac in mind. Unlike other programs designed to work with the avenues used by Apple, this office software was designed more to work like a PC within a Mac. It makes sense on paper that Microsoft wouldn’t want to change the overall functions of their program to behave like their competitors. Instead they created software with one foot in the Mac world and one foot in the PC world. It doesn’t work with other applications developed by Apple for the Mac.

Ordered MS Project Monday, received payment confirmation but suspiciously, nothing further. Used the webform on Tuesday to ask for details of delivery, no response.

Seems it depends on which software you order

We ordered Office 2013 - did not say out of stock - took money.
After two weeks still no product and was really getting urgent as I use it for work
emailed company - no response.
Emailed company - this time cc'd in the Safepay email. Safepay contacted them and told them to respond.
Claimed they had not been getting emails - offered online version
Sent activation keys - didn't work
sent another - that also didn't work

gave up and asked for refund - not sure if that has yet been done
For anyone having problems - ensure you cc in Safepay who accredit them

ordered and paid for item that showed stock on 7th June. promised delivery 2 or 3 times until i finally cancelled on 15th June. refund promised 3 to 5 working days. still waiting.
with no phone to speak to anyone it should be black listed by all the agencies involved.
anyone contemplating using this company "FORGET IT "

I ordered a Bamboo tablet 3 weeks ago, and nothing has been delivered. They have however taken my money. I have sent 3 emails (as they do not have a phone number) to every available email address on their website to ask why, and have had exactly 0 RESPONSES. Terrible service, as in ZERO. Very frustrating as you cannot actually contact anyone and so have to trust that your emails will be returned. Which in my case, have not. Ever. Oh, you can fax them - if you have a fax machine, but again, will just have to hope that they will respond. Very poor.

I ordered corel from this bunch. They took the money but delivered NOTHING.
I raised a complaint and still waiting for a reply.
I don't see where all the good stuff about them comes from.

Terrible service. Their website has items as being in stock but obviously it isn't updated very often. My first order I tried to place was cancelled. Then tried to place the same order again, which this time worked. I've been waiting a week for the order to go through, but at time of writing they have sent nothing and failed to answer to any email correspondence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. it's obviously amateur hour at zoom4u.co.uk

On 20th December 2012 I ordered Microsoft Project online from the Zoom4u. I received prompt email confirming my order and issuing an order number. On my return to work after the Christmas break (2/1/13) I tried to contact them via email to ask where my purchase was and I had no reply. I then sent them a fax on 9th January 2013 and still I have not received a reply. I have now contacted my credit card company who are looking into this for me as the company took the payment from my credit card on 20th December 2012; the day I ordered. I am not happy with this company and will never use them again. This has made me very wary about ordering online from Companies that do not have a contact telephone number.

Sadly this transaction has been very poor and still not completed. The product has still not been delivered some 10 days after the initial order, advertised as in stock so no excuses! There is no direct dial number to call so all comms are by email with a 48hr promise of a reply- poor! If my experience is anything to go by I can understand not wanting to talk to irate customers!! There will be many!

I ordered Corel Painter in the middle of August and it's almost October now and I still did not get it delivered. I had to chase Client Services several times in a row to get some sort of response and still did not get my order delivered.

Never using Zoom4u ever again.

Great price and great backup. Not the cheapest every time, but always a fair price. Delivery to my house in Spain only took 3 days, that's good when you deal with the French postal system. Upgraded from web premium 5 to 5.5 without any problems.
Quick email response when contacting the tech dept. will use again.

Purchased the Corel WordPerfect from them, showed as 3-6 days for delivery but it arrived the following day....because Im not very tech minded, I only ordered the cut down version, although it seems to do everything I need.....

I spent more than £250 with Zoom4U and my item did not arrive as promised 'within 4-6 working days.' After a month of emailing Customer Services - beware, there is no phone number on their website - I gave up and reported this company to Paypal who have refunded the money.

AVOID Zoom4U!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! They took my money and failed to deliver the goods. There is no Customer Service telephone number and they don't reply to emails. I had to go to my bank to get my money back

after waiting the 4-6 days it said to allow for delivery and hearing nor receiving nothing, i emailed the company and eventually received a reply,, after several other emails to check if anything was happening finally a month later i received my product,,
i simply cannot recommend using this company to anyone..
but hey,.,. at least i did actually receive it in the end!..

the item i ordered was a gift i made sure there was plenty of time for it to be delivered, when it didnt arrive a few days before i needed it I emailed the only email address i could find on the website, no response. i emailed them again still no reply ( this is including the 48 hours that they say they will get back to you ).

I had no response from them whatsoever i then started to panic as what i ordered was very expensive. so i found an email address on paypal i sent them a message no response again, i then opened a dispute through paypal, finally i receive and email telling me they no longer stocked this product in the uk but may be able to get hold of it from Germany, they also asked me to email them on the original email from the website.

Obviously i asked for a full refund which they finally said they would do Er still waiting, i emailed them yet again to ask where my money was hopefully i will be get my money back soon.

The lack of customer service is disgusting, no apology nothing, if they had communicated with me i may have been ok but the fact is they took my money and that was that they didnt even bother after that.

I am really annoyed to be treated in this way £370 is a lot of money to spend the least i would expect is an email explaining what was going on. i found the item for cheaper on another website and guess what it came the next day now thats good service.

Do not buy from this website

Made an expensive purchase nearly a month ago, nothing arrived.
Email after email ignored, Three weeks. Contacted Paypal whom now are investigating this debacle. Trading standards have sent us a reference number which after four weeks ( now past ) will be activated into a full investigation of Zoom4u.

Received an email suggesting they had 'spam problems' as the email on the website for customer enquiries doesn't even work and would have a refund done that day, that was over a week ago....nothing.
Our experience is clear and ongoing... Never, ever again, would I even contemplate ordering of this site.

We received the ordered item over three weeks late and after having complained. The item showed in stock on the web site all along. part of the item was broken and we had to wait another week and a half for a replacement. It turned out that the main item was faulty (production fault) so had to send it back. Again, it took over two weeks to receive the replacement, and only after having threatened to contact trading standards. Also, no phone number listed on the web site. After some research, found a listing with a fake number on the web...
I will not be shopping with zoom4u again!

Found the recorder a bit expensive, but service and delivery was first class
