Did not receive the parcel

Received my parcel in Holland took a bit of time ( 2/3 weeks ) but all good

Trustworthy, great customer service and fast delivery

Well I haven't received anything yet and no information about what is happening..

I placed my order back on May 1st and on the website it says short delivery time. So at most I expected 5 days delivery. After 5 days, I still hadn't received my over 200 pound order, so I emailed support. I emailed the sales department, the wholesale department and the other third that they have and no one has responded. It's now 3 weeks and I still have not received my product and I have not heard a response to any of the emails. In fact, I get a kickback that says the inboxes are full so I have no way to contact them to figure out what's going on with my order and on the website it still says it's in processing so I haven't even received a confirmation of a delivery being started. This website is looking to be a scam this far.

My package was returned by customs. I haven't received a refund, not even a response.

This is absolute nonsense. I just paid €20 in shipping costs and was forced to pay another €20 in customs fees. The product itself cost only €32, and I haven’t received any email confirmation after placing my order.

I had back ordered Meth Blue - suddenly got royal mail alert that it was being delivered.
Delivered with missing amount.
Sent an email to sales at Xbrain and within a days turnaround had an answer back from them about the missing part of the order.
Without any cost to me sent out a replacement within a day.
Good service overall

I placed an order from the UK over a week ago and don't have any information about when it is going be deliver despite emailing sales at xbrain.co.uk several times asking for clarification.

Can’t fault the company in terms of delivery, packaging etc…but product had no effect on me

They simply don’t get back to you when you email… it’s actually insane.

I didn't get any answer after writing a mail to xbrain that my order is going back to them becouse national customs authority don't let me get it.
