Like others, I wanted to buy the odd audiobook without signing up to a subscription service. Xigxag offers that and a wide selection too. The X book option is a bonus. This is a great company and offers a personal quality of service and integrity. An ethical alternative to the behemoths with an at least equal if not better product.

Have just started to listen the S J Parris books to find ( unless I’m doing something wrong) that there are only 3 books in the series on Zig-Zag the first Heresy and two later ones - tried to find the next in the series Prophecy but it is not ther - not a lot of use if I cannot listen to the whole series
A reasonable explanation provided and prompt action taken to ensure the missing books were added (not all purchased/downloaded so I’m assuming that this is the case

I don't often write reviews but xigxag doesn't have many trust pilot reviews so I thought I'd pitch in as it's a really good service. I didn't want a subscription services for my audio books, getting tokens, etc. xigxag fits the bill, audiobooks are a flat rate of 7.99 decreasing as you buy more. App has all the features you'd expect. The only improvement I can see is Android Connect on the car. The app doesn't start playing unless you play the audiobook from the phone, if you press play from the car it'll not load the book. Otherwise very happy with the app

I've been with Xigxag for over a year now and I can't fault it in any way. Huge choice of books including some of the latest releases with a great discount scheme. Any queries I've had have always been answered without being fobbed off by an overworked, distant call centre.

I was given an audio book as a perk from work. I created a profile as asked, but then when I came to buying a book there were no books that my voucher would buy. Not a one. Absolutely pointless. I may have bought a book after listening for the first time but not now. Rubbish. After writing this review and complaining to the people who issued me a voucher all of a sudden the voucher worked. Make your own mind up. I will be livid if payment was taken from my credit card...

So great to have a non-subscription based option for audiobooks, with reasonable pricing. And I love the x-book option for switching between reading and listening. I also appreciate that this is a B-corp company!

A great place to find your audio books. Easy to navigate. An excellent choice of books. No subscription - pay as you buy. Loyalty rewards, the more you buy.Very impressed.

Just what I wanted - to be able to buy a one-off audio book with no subscription. All good and ideal for someone who doesn't need a subscription service.

Simple and fair pricing structure, with no subscription required. The X-book format is great, as you have the audio and text in one! The environmental ethos also aligns with my own principles and they have a fantastic selection of books. The app is very easy to use also.

Zigzag is such a brilliant idea. Lots to choose from and a really simple concept which is easy to use. Recommended

Love the pricing structure (cheaper over time!!) and broad range of titles from the biggest publishers... its not quite Audible, but more and more titles all the time... So good to see someone giving Bezos a run for his money!

Great selection of books and easy to use interface. The prices are fair and you don't have to sign up to a subscription. Now my go to app for audio books.
