Useless Company
I contacted the company direct many months back & managed to secure an 8-Tin Complete Case. I only bought from them because of this. Come release they only sent me two tins stating a 2 per customer ruling. This ruling was NOT in effect when I purchased the case. I ordered a case of 8 & instead of contacting me & letting me know, they unilaterally made a decision of their own to send me 2. Personally if I had known, I would have cancelled the Order. I have now deleted my Account & won't ever use them again. Absolutely dire!

Great experience with Pokemon ordering
Pre-ordered a Pokémon Prismatic Evolutions elite trainer box a few months ago, and today it arrived (on release day) in great condition! Very happy, would definitely order with XPG again.

Great Price and quick delivery…
The price for the game I was looking for was considerably lower than many competitive stores with the added bonus of free postage and packing.
The item was delivered quickly and very well-packaged.
I would certainly buy from XPG again!!

I pre-ordered Prismatic Evolutions…
I pre-ordered Prismatic Evolutions product from XPG Online.
I emailed to only ask to cancel x2 of the products but continue with the ETB if possible to do - but i specifically asked i wanted to keep the ETB on pre-order, Chris cancelled my full pre-order and didnt provide any explanation when asked.
Now i dont know weather he has cancelled the full order so he can sell at higher prices, i just dont know, but i wouldnt buy from XPG Online due to this kind of behaviour
