Xplore has great service!
I have used the services of Xplore recently and previously at a different address when it was considered Explornet. In both instances I have not been discouraged with the service. Were there problems that came up? Sure but the way that Xplore deals with the issue has been second to none.i have had prompt service from knowledgeable technicians and the issues are not being long for resolution Connectivity/lagging is not usually an issue so I enjoy fast Wifi using multiple devices.

Donating monthly to this company is no fun. They are supposed to give you internet access when you pay, but Xplore just cannot guarantee that. An internet connection that cuts out every 2-5 minutes as well as during any kind of upload (like simply sending a photo). I could only dream of getting the 50 mbps download speed we pay for. Countless calls with worthless troubleshooting, replacing the router and modem; these things don't change anything when your ISP is not able to provide what they advertise. After all this, you make us pay for a worker to come on sight to do what? Fiddle with the direction of our antenna and act like it's changing anything? It didn't.
Don't consider this internet service "provider", if you have the choice.

After the recent ice storm
After the recent ice storm, some trees near our home came down and partially blocked our signal. I called Xplore and booked a service call which was pretty much the next business day. The service technician was knowledgeable, efficient and quite pleasant. About as good as it gets!

Decline of Internet Service
Connection was stable with swift but ever since fiber got connect been having problems with xplore, since they acquired swift a few years ago.
Now I have interruptions couple times every quarter and they don't even take responsibility, if its under 24 hours no refund or nothing.
They even send a tech over once to fix problems and all i got was a price increase.
Honestly would not mind going back to swift if it was possible, don't need fiber only consistence with decent speed

The company sent out a tech who hasn’t…
The company sent out a tech who hasn’t even been with them for a month he went up in our attic and fell through our ceiling leaving a large gapping hole and hanging drywall he left our property and I haven’t heard a single word from the company I’ve emailed and called and they are unwilling to even speak to me or call back. Why is this company sending techs on peoples roofs that are not carrying insurance to cover accidental damage very upset with this company and how they have handled this situation

Horrid signal, horrid service
Horrid signal, horrid service. Signal was bad before the new tower move and now it's worse. My wifi is fine, it's xplore signal that's bad. By the time I got an authenticater pin for an account, the pin was expired. Watching a movie and it cuts out at least 4 times. I told the person on the phone, it isn't every minute, so she said it's fine now. I said what am I suppose to do? Call when it happens again. She said "yea".It did cut out, 5 minutes after I hung up. The problem is, Xplore is the only
service available in my area. What am I and others in my area suppose to do? Paying $93.00 a month for this frustration.

Our contact person, Connor, was very pleasant and willing to answer any and all questions. He was prompt to return calls and set up an appointment,
Our installer, Troy, was extremely professional and friendly. He worked efficiently and carefully explained what we had to do next while providing phone numbers to call in case we encountered difficulties.
The gentleman who guided me through the installation process was very patient despite the fact that I made a number of silly errors that prolonged the setup.
My husband and I were extremely pleased with the process.

I was recently phished in an email regarding my payment to Xplore. Recognizing the phish I called Xplore. Customer service was amazing in helping me report the issue,is nice to be able to talk to a representative so quickly, who is knowledgeable and so very very friendly. Kudos.
