I’m pleased with my service with Xplore, and when I need help, the representatives are kind, quick, and knowledgeable. I’ve been with them for a few years now and I am quite happy with my provider.
Excellent Service
The booking was made by phone and was very seemless. The technician showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. After checking the system, he was very concise on how the system worked along with its advantages and disadvantages which were acceptable. Overall, an excellent experience!

I've been a customer of Xplornet for a while now and called in for help on occasion. Delt with several different representatives and they all had in common friendly, curtious, helpful nature and took care of all my needs right away. Always a wonderful experience. Scheduled to have a site visit/installation performed last week. Took the afternoon off, but they never showed up. . . I've also left several messages with the sales agent who booked the appointment [sarah.oniwinde], no return phone call as yet!

Was a customer for over 10years. Very expensive, terrible customer service even by the standards of the day. It's not all bad though, due to their appalling work from home impossible to hear 'service advisors' I shopped around
I now get the same service from telus for 40% of the cost and no limit use.
Paid for a premium wireless service but received 3+ years of headaches.
Paid for a premium wireless service for 3+ years which was frequently unreliable. Tech support was hopeless and I was usually forced to resolve the problem on my own. In the end, their service dropped down to 35% of average speed performance for 10 days with no technical solutions or repairs provided. Then it was accidentally mentioned that the tower was scheduled for permanent shutdown in 2 weeks, so no repairs would be completed.
No notification of service termination was ever provided. I cancelled the service immediately and switched to a competitor which has been a huge improvement with double the speeds and very consistent service to date.
