I had the most wonderful interaction with Heidi in the parts department. We talked about my issue with my X Stage Lite and she did a great job asking clarifying questions and having me send pictures over to make sure I was buying the correct product to fit my X Stage but also to make sure she recommended the correct product for my budget. Instantly won my trust with her wonderful insight , setting my expectations on shipping and engaging personality. I will totally buy from X pole again!

X-POLE US offers excellent quality products and great customer service

I had some shipping issues with FedEx, and Carolina was incredibly responsive. She even stayed late and called FedEx multiple times to help sort everything out. You can really tell she cares about her customers.The X-Stage Pole Lite was super easy to set up and feels very sturdy.

Carolina was an absolute sweetheart. She was incredibly helpful and even went out of her way to find me a part that was technically out of stock. She gave me her direct line and let me know I could call it at anytime. Truly such a wonderful experience with her.

Their Canadian website is down, but Carolina has offered the most reliable customer service I've ever had. So quick to reply emails and very efficient to pass orders! Thank you!!

XPOLE is everyone’s favorite for a reason. Great product and awesome customer service. I had a bunch of questions and I was connect with Carolina and she was so helpful. I hated be that complicated customer but she was amazing and clearing up all my questions.

Carolina was very helpful and friendly on the phone! I received an Xpole gently used from a friend but the dome was dented, so I purchased a new dome. Carolina helped me determine what part I needed that would allow me to use the pole with the new dome (the pole given to me is an older model so I thought I had mistakenly ordered the wrong dome).

I ordered from X-Pole on March 11th and accidently put the wrong delivery address. I realized my error late in the process and submitted a ticket to X-Pole.
