Roxanne was a star helping me sort out my issue with my stuck x-joint! She was patient and resourceful and really guided me through the process.

Xpole is by far the best pole company out there. The customer service is excellent! I had the pleasure of talking with Carolina and she was very helpful, friendly and resolved my issue.

Absolutely incredible service! Not only is my xpole amazing, it arrived really fast and was super easy to setup! When I had a ton of questions I gave them a phone call and Roxanne was there to answer everything I needed and offered me wonderful advice. She even emailed me later to make sure it all went to plan! Absolutely wonderful customer service!

I ordered an Xpole pro and, due to shipping delays with Fedex, the package arrived while I was away on vacation. When I called FedEx to find my package and arrange its delivery, they told me it had been shipped back to sender. They said that it was still in Canada, but that they needed to send it back to Xpole in the USA and that there was "nothing they could do" to get it back to me. Then, I called and spoke to Carolina at Xpole. She was very understanding. She gave me her direct extension and helped me track the order. When the order arrived back to Xpole, she got it sent back to me without delay at a time when I would be available to sign for it. Carolina was friendly and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. It was an absolute pleasure having her on my side. Thanks, Xpole, for having such a great customer service representative to help when things go awry!

The quality of the products at X Pole is always good, and the X Stages are sturdy and reliable! But when I did have an issue, the customer service was also very good and very helpful!! Roxanne H. in particular was VERY helpful! She was super polite on the phone, and was willing to help me find a few different solutions to my issue (a hex screw that wouldn't budge!). She also sent me a follow up email right away with all of the info typed out, and I thought that was just so kind and amazing!! HUGE THANK YOU TO ROXANNE!!! :)

First off, I have to preface that like a lot of businesses, it seems X-Pole is working on finding their processes or is still short-staffed post-pandemic as I struggled reach someone during the holidays. However, when you do reach someone, they are extremely helpful and their product came highly recommended by a friend. Today, I spoke to Carolina and she was completely dedicated to getting all of my issues resolved and didn't let me get off the phone until everything was 100% resolved. I am super excited to get my poles and a huge THANK YOU to Carolina for getting everything all straightened out!

OMG Caroline is a lifesaver! So I bought a Brass X Pole Stage Lite and Lollipop Attachment (was cheaper then a thought it would be) and come to find they are not compatible (It tells you that on the website but I didn't look!) I called and emailed X pole and Processed my order same day. Not to mention I put the wrong state for shipping and she fixed that too! SOO IF YOU DO THIS DON'T STRESS they will try to fix it and they ARE a legit wholesaler. :) I hope this helps! @SavvySohn

Ordered an xstage lite and had questions and needed assistance with my order. Carolina Stone called me back within the hour and answered every question and helped me fix my issue with my order. She was extremely kind and polite and knowledgeable. She made ordering with xpole a wonderful experience and I will be sure to refer any of my friends who are interested based on my experience. So grateful! I can't wait to receive my order!!!

Carolina was great! She was a warm kind voice that made sure the order got through and delivered on everything that said she was going to deliver on.

We had a slight hold up on our order due to an adress mix up and Carolina & Roxanne with XPole were amazing! They helped us get our poles in lighting speed for an event! Great Service!

FedEx lost my package but XPole resolved the issue by sending another pole and mount to me. Carolina wanted to make sure I didn’t have to wait any longer for my package. She is great. She truly cares for the customer satisfaction. The company truly cares that all customers get the VIP experience even if FedEx drops the ball on the delivery. I can’t wait to get my pole. Thanks to Carolina she will get the replacement one to me ASAP.

I had an issue with my final receipt because I was charged for shipping when it supposed to free . Since this is my first experience with Xpole, I was really worried about their customer service due to previous reviews. However, Carolina Stone was amazing and kind. She fixed my issue and also helped me exchange my pole that suits my needs better. Thank you for helping me!

Carolina Stone is hands down the best customer service rep that I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with!! I had run into an issue where I didn't get the full deal for the Black Friday promo and I was super nervous to talk to customer service to see if I could get it fixed. Not only was she super accommodating, she had the best attitude and I felt I could talk to her for hours! I understand it can be such a busy time fo the year in which it would be understandable that service reps might be getting burnt out but NOT Carolina! She's truly a gem and I have such trust in Xpole even more so now that they take the time to hire amazing customer relation reps!

I got fantastic customer service from Laura. I really did not think they were going to care about my issue, but Laura actually resolved my issue without trying to point fingers or fight me on it. (Seems rare these days) Xpole obviously actually cares about the safety and quality of their product, and it shows through the way they conduct business.

Their phone number doesn't work. They lie about having a live chat on their website AND they don't respond to emails. Awful customer service especially given how expensive their products are and how difficult they can be to setup. Not everyone is good with hex keys and giant metal poles. Go figure!

I paid over a thousand dollars for this thing almost a month ago and still can’t use it because it’s defective and customer service won’t return my calls or emails. Save your money folks 😤 For the amount of money I paid, you’d think customer service would be top priority. This company is the absolute worst.
