Taxation problems
I was paid my pension arrears from two previous months and the HMRC applied an emergency tax code because of the amount. This delay in remuneration was caused by XPS and now I have to suffer the consequences.

Excellent advisor, frustrating outcome
The advisor was very polite and helpful in my query regarding the recent underpinning matter. Unfortunately she couldn’t answer my query as it needed contact with the project team who have no phone numbers, meaning I need to write an email to try and resolve what should be a simple query; which is frustrating. The advisor could not be faulted however hence the star rating.

Download/print your own pension slips!
Needed pension slips to be guarantor, previously took months to get them emailed. Phoned and informed I can now view/download/print them myself and ladies guided me through it. Only problem, dates on the viewing page read oddly compared to dates on pension slips. Eg September 2026 is payslip 6 of 2027! Something to do with tax year view!
